I've been charged for a membership and after a couple of emails Raj from Escalation Team answered my questions and solved my problem.

A wonderful service. Very helpful customer service too!

I got some very good news - my problem is being solved, Trustpilot has promised me a refund of an amount deducted from my bank account on 25 May 2025

I signed up on Andertons.com to win an amplifier in a promotion, but instead it signed me up to a membership to this sports website. At no point was this mentioned in the sign up process and the sports site does not sell or offer the amplifier. It took me a good hour of to-ing and fro-ing on their webchat to get the charge refunded and the membership cancelled. Then 2 days later my credit card company contacted me to advise they were trying to take further payments, despite them having formally confirmed my subscription was cancelled. I've had to request a new card. Definitely avoid, I do not understand why there are reviews on here suggesting they are legitimate. Can only assume those are fake.

Great customer service. They can easily assess you with your concern.

Andy was helpfull, but this all company is really shady and i dont want to do business with them anymore.

Everything is wrong with what you do. You scam us into secret subscriptions and we get nothing in return. I never knowingly entered into a subscription with you, your methods are absolutely abominable!

This company is a scammer. When trying to purchase a bag from them, they automatically subscribed me to a service and started to charge my card every 14 days. I never even received the product I thought I had purchased. Calling them they cancelled my so-called subscription but it can take 14 days and in the meanwhile they will charge me again for nothing, forcing me to block my card and get a new one.

This site is an absolute scam, they automatically subscribe you and you pay 45 euro every month ! If you want to unscribe you fill in the form but you have to that again after 2 week, if you forget this, they WILL charge you 45 euro AGAIN ! Eeven if you contacted them through the app AND customer service..... BE CAREFUL !!
