Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Firstly you cannot get through to them on the phones and in relation to the repair, I was robbed of €80 for what they say was motherboard repair on my iPhone X claiming that was the reason the touchscreen didn’t work. Touch screen still doesn’t work and I’m down €80.
Will be going back for a refund asap.
Also tried to scam me for a screen repair by replacing with a terrible Chinese knock off, I got them to put original back on. All around awful.

Website easy to use and quick delivery time. Unfortunately the buttons and holes in the case I purchased to accommodate the camera and power/volume buttons were completely wrong. It seemed the design was wrong for the phone specified on the website.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Staff member very aggressive when refused to pay for a phone that wasn’t fixed. I can see from previous reviews this is a common occurrence.

Matko the Phone Repair Guy in Blanchardstown is a Genius
Matko repaired my phone (Samsung a52) free of charge after I came into buy a new phone! I had dropped my phone a few week previous and smashed the screen. I had it repaired in another shop but had problems since with poor signal and couldn't make or receive calls. When he opened the phone up it was a simple crossed wires situation...literally. the previous repair shop had made a mistake rewiring it after repairing the screen(I had given them the opportunity to fix the issue but they denied any wrong doing) So thank you Matko, you saved me 400 euro as I was still in a 24 month contract and would have had to buy a new phone straight out! absolute gent and phone wiz! My phone is perfect now 😁
