Called in to store in Douglas Cork and I met a really nice man his name is Oisin he sorted my problem in a few seconds, I had bought a new Samsung tablet and I struggle to transfer data from older tablet to the new tablet well Oisin just explained my problem and just pressed a few buttons and hey presto.This guy made my day.

Ordered the 3in1 charging station, it was out of stock but they kindly offered me the 4in1 instead with no extra cost! I was delighted with the service I was provided. The station is amazing and charged all of my devices! Great product for a great price!

Bought a Usb hub in one of the stores…
Bought a Usb hub in one of the stores and when I got home I realised the box had already been open. The plastic wrapping was squashed at the bottom of the box and there was sticky foam on the Hub itself, looks like this was already used. The usb hub is working fine but i won't be buying here again.

I would like to speak to someone in relation to the ignorant treatment the staff gave my 84 yo parents in the parkway shopping center if someone that actually cares about the way staff in this store treats people,you can be dam sure if it were me in that shop it would have went different,Total discrace to say the least,and I want an apology fairly fast or this will be turn into a big social media story

Sold me a broken phone ( Balbriggan branch ). Refused to refund. Told me he couldn't unless I rang head office. Head office phone number is disconnected. Went back to tell him I couldn't get through to head office, this is when he ran to security! Made official conplaints and was told this certainly wasn't the first time they have been brought to Garda attention.
