I would give 0 stars if it was possible. An absolute disgrace of a 'company'. I ordered on 3/8/21. Heard nothing for weeks. Tried contacting their customer service on multiple occasions and have just been IGNORED. I only managed to cancel the order when contacting snap finance who cancelled for me. I'm now on the search for a company that actually values their customers. Absolute shambles.

Fake reviews and awful customer service
Finally had a resolution to my problems with this joke of a company, but only thanks to PayPal.
Here's my advice to anyone thinking of buying from Furco:
1. Don't.
2. Beware of fake 5* reviews on TrustPilot and Google. It's so obvious that they're fake. No company consistently gets only 1* or 5*. I would take them all with a pinch of salt.
3. Don't believe the delivery times. They're stated as faster than they really are, purely so that they get the sale against other companies – but they're not accurate. Your order will be late.
4. If you want to cancel your order, they'll deliver it anyway so that they can then charge you £99 to collect it. Best just not to order in the first place.
Here's my advice to anyone who's being refused a refund:
1. Every time you ring, they'll say they'll get back to you, but they won't. Don't believe what they say; it's all a lie to get you off their back.
2. If you paid through PayPal, raise a case with them against Furco. Provide all the details, including screenshots of all emails. They got me my money back.
3. Don't be afraid to go to the consumer ombudsman or small claims court to pursue this further; this company do not have a leg to stand on.

Placed an order 20 June 2021 , 8 to 12 week delivery, no one from Furco has rang me, I have tried contacting them. No one contacts me. Never received my sofa, I paid using dividebuy, asked for refund , still not had back and been over 14 days since my last contact with them. Today I have filed a complaint to fca and I am waiting for a solicitor to ring me back these owe me £ 312. 21 , fo not use this company

do not go to this company. i ordered a corner sofa. they have taken my payment TWICE on my credit card. they said they would phone me but did not. i have put this in the hands of my credit card but i have already had my statement to say i owe this money. they do not answer the phone or i cannot get in touch with them. what a sham, so please do not make the mistake i have. had phone call yesterday the first time that they have been in touch. because the order had been put through twice and the lack of communication with me they are saying i have to pay distribution costs. i e mailed them to tell them to cancel the order but because of the lack of communication they are telling me i have to pay for the blunder. they only phoned me because the order can be delivered on monday. i cancelled the order but no one at furco wants to take the blame.
