My order

I was having issues the hat I bought wasn’t my size, I paid for the item to be sent back fo refund, after a couple of weeks the package was sent back to be. I thought the company didn’t want to receive the package but the explain to me that they was Canada Post strike, which may have caused it to return and they never received it. They resolve it my send me the correct size of hat I need free of charge. Am happy with the company policy I will recommend to anyone

Annoyingly I can't give 0 stars

Annoyingly I can't give 0 stars, this shop does not listen at all 👎🏻 gave them the correct sizing and they sent me a hat all the way from Canada to the UK which was a Christmas gift to be the wrong size 👎🏻 how hard can it be to send out the correct item when they sell hats day to day, be better if they had kids running the business as I've met more kids that have more common sense/logic 👎🏻 stay clear unless you want total aggravation **
reference to the reply ,I gave more than enough time to resolve this via email and you are expecting me to spend $25 dollars to return it from the UK to Canada, not my fault so shouldn't be at my expense **

*** it gets better anyone that's viewing this review, they emailed me saying they are at fault and they offered me to replace the hat then I sent a nice reply saying that's good and thanks, then hours later another email arrives saying the opposite, you couldn't make this up it's pure comedy 😳***

Refuse to give FULL REFUND of defective product

Ordered fur hat with ties. When I tried hat on and tied the straps, one immediately broke off, rendering hat defective & useless. Sent it back same day as received in mail; had to send photos 4times to them as proof of defective hat/broken tie strap! They didn't provide FULL REFUND & deducted for shipping - why should I be forced to lose $$ for their defective item!!! Poor customer service & taking hard earned consumer $$$ for selling defective items! Never Again!

Awesome Experincce

I bought a brown rabbit full fur trapper on saturday. It is now Wednesday and it is here. It feels to be real rabbit fur, and it is also pretty comfortable to wear because it is just starting to get into winter.

High Quality - Reasonable Price

Over the past several years I have ordered one rabbit-fur Ushanka (ear-flap hat) and two pairs of rabbit-fur mittens. The items were reasonably priced, arrived quickly, and of high quality.

I purchased a beaver hat which I received quickly and was extremely happy with the quality. A small issue was I ordered a large which was too small which I quickly exchanged to an XL. My interaction with customer service was outstanding and the exchange and refund all happened within 10 days. I could not ask for better service.

I've been dreaming of owning a fox fur…

I've been dreaming of owning a fox fur stole for a long time. They're so expensive. Didn't want to buy online so I wnet to many stores and nothing was nice enough. Took me a long time checking many online stores, and after weeks of emailing and callin fur hat world, I bought a white fox fur stole. Oh my, it's gorgeous! So elegant. The quality of the stiching is so good. I will buy from them again! Next in my list is fox poncho! lol

Fake "Lambskin"

I've bought 2 real leather Beaver trapper hats from Furhatworld/FHW, 2017 and 2018. Real leather, tough, durable, beaver fur. Nice.$179 I still have both. Beautiful hats.
Bought another, 3/11/2024 and it didnt feel like leather. $199 Sent it back. Got refund.Thought maybe to get real leather now I need to buy "Alpine beaver trapper hat" $265.
First off leather oil did not soak into the "Real Lambskin. And its plastic feel. So I carefully opened the seam behind the forhead flap. Surprise, under microscope, 6x I can see a multicolored fiber mat coated with what looked like chocolate syrup, PVC, supposedly lambskin. It is a very good forgery/fraud but it is NOT Lambskin. Its a plastic PVC coating on a fiber mix of synthetic and possibly leather fibers. I took the inventory tags off so I cant return. $265 what a rip. Someone knows this is so. But not Same same as they say in China. Why do they have to cheat to get ahead and they want to rule the world. Everything would fall apart. I'm done, sorry you turned a good solid Canadian company into a cheap Chinese forgery op. Are there no laws in Canada?

The beaver hat you purchased in March this year is in fact real lambskin leather as we do not work with fake lambskin leather. To give a bit of context, lambskin leather can have different types of finishes applied to it, depending on the desired look and feel. Since the hat you purchased is beaver fur, we want the hat to be water resistant, and therefor, the finish of the leather is different from the first hat you purchased in 2017. I hope this helps clear some doubts you had about our products. Thank you very much.

I accidentally order 2 of the same hats…

I accidentally order 2 of the same hats for my husbands Xmas present. I asked to return one. They said it had to be returned by Jan15. I told them I was unable to do that as I was out of the country until Feb. I asked if I could return it then. They said,”No!” I will never order from these people again. They are not the least bit understanding! I will post this on social media as well

Fraudulent Business

I ordered an item on December 23, 2023. As of today, January 26, 2024, it has not been delivered. I initially called their customer service on January 16, 2024. I was given two different reasons for the lack of delivery-the first being it was held up in customs, and the next being that delivery was attempted five times. Neither of these things are feasible. I looked up the tracking number with USPS and saw it was cleared by customs early January. I see multiple notices of attempted delivery, but this is not possible, as I live in a 24 hour manned building. I told the service representative at that time that I no longer wanted or needed the item, but rather a refund. I was told that is not possible because it is still active in the USPS system. Furthermore, I was refused access to speak with a supervisor. I also emailed their customer service department on January 23, reiterating I no longer want or need the item, and received a response today. They still refuse to refund the money, and advised me to contact USPS to resolve the issue. With USPS tracking, I see that the item is in a nondelivery loop each day. I responded, advising them that this was not an acceptable resolution for me, and that I would next have to report their unsavory business practice.
I have gone ahead and filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I advise anyone experiencing similar issues to do the same. If enough complaints are registered
I believe these agencies will be more inclined to probe further into the matter.

It seems that you might be living abroad, and for international orders (outside North America), parcels are subject to customs inspections. Unfortunately, we have no control over the duration of these inspections. Based on your claim, it appears that five attempts were made to deliver the parcel to you. If you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office to locate your parcel.
If you had contact the delivery service and they confirmed that the parcel has been lost, then we would have offered you a reshipment as this is part of our policy.

Company delivered fox fur band to be…

Company delivered fox fur band to be worn as hat or collar in an a plastic envelope which could have resulted in damage to it.
They would not accept an exchange for a more expensive fur band even though the hat has never been worn and still has tags attached.
It begs the question is the fur even real when this is the way a company does business?
An exchange would have resulted in a happy customer and a good reputation but instead I have a hat I don’t care for and they have a poor review due to poor customer service.
Only positive reviews posted on their website so you know they are not an honest company when they’re rated 2.4 here

The item was a Christmas gift. Reputable companies offer a different return policy for the holidays. Obviously your company is not one of those. Buyers beware!
