Ordered a fur hat from FHW NOV22,2023,they charged my account $189.95,they sent me an email,stating they wanted a copy of my credit card statement,showing where my credit card paid for the hat,I refused to do that&told FHW to cancel my order,Nov 27,2023,the lady said 3 business days for refund,it is now Nov 5th,&still no refund,,
my credit card told me to wait until Friday Nov 7th,&will conclude refund then,I have since tried to contact FHW three times,only to b put on hold,,,so if u want a fur hat don't deal with FHW,all they want is your money

I recently ordered two hats from this company. My order was shipped to one of my old address which is located in another city. I had already updated my account with them with my current address several years ago when I moved. I sent several emails to their customer service email address but, never received a reply. I contacted their customer service department by telephone twice. The customer service persons I spoke with both times gives the old expression as dumb as a bag of rocks new meaning. A bag of rocks are Einstein compared to their customer service persons. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be informed their supervisors do not take telephone calls. My order is now in route to an old address. Since the package was shipped thru Canadian Post there is not much I can do to have it rerouted since it is being shipped to the wrong zip code. Please never do business with this company they are the absolute worst company to work with. To label them a total scam is being kind.

I used this site many times. Excellent quality and fair prices. I'm very happy with all the items I purchased, parka with fox lining and hood.

I had an ushanka bought in Moscow in 1978 which now,after 45 years, needed to be replaced. The ushanka I bought from fur hat world weighs half as much as the original, but I guess that's due to more modern materials on the inside. On the outside, it looks and feels like the original. Shipped from Canada to Norway within 48 hours and without issues upon import. I don't expect the hat to live for 45 years, but I still can recommend this site wholeheartedly.

I have just ordered my third pair of men's sheepskin slippers in the past year. My husband wears them everyday and they are understandable looking like it. They are still holding up well and are still warm however, I just ordered another pair for Christmas. Shh don't tell him. I received the previous 2 orders very quickly and expect to do so this time. I trust this Canadian company and will continue to order from them.

I was a little hesitant at first, after looking at the reviews but once i placed my order it arrived quite fast and the quality is amazing! i love my new fur hat.

Bought a fur coat for my fiancé for Xmas. After wearing it 3 times one of the arms fell off. Return policy is a joke and nobody ever responds to emails.

Company takes your money, but there is no start of processing of your order. If I wouldn't had interfere they would have keep the money for months.

They false advertise their fur. The fur hats on their websites are completely different from what they ship out. They made me pay a shipping fee to return the two items they false advertised. I have pictures to back up my statement.

The beaver trapper hat was 230$ and is warm, but the tassels are cheaply attached which means when they break you cannot wear the hat as designed. Nice fur but CHEAP quality construction!!! I cannot wear the hat until I have it fixed by someone who knows how to do it correctly.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I placed my order and my card was charged on November 17. There was a note that processing time was required for one item and the order will be shipped by December 2. Today is December 16, and it shows “still processing “. I emailed them only to receive the same email as the order status. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I’m very disappointed. I purchased from them a few times in the past, but I will not be their customer in the future. Updates: after speaking to their customer service again, I did receive my order before Christmas. However, all items are made in China (that’s probably why it took so long for shipping). I ordered a coat size medium which looks more like XS (my height is 158 cm, weight 55 kilograms), and the sleeves are so short that if you raise your hand, it’s almost elbow length! On top of that, I need to also pay shipping cost to return this item. Definitely not buying from them again, so think twice before placing your orders

Hello, my experience is similar to others who have complained that this company takes your money, says the order is “processing” and doesn’t ship the item, with no one to speak to. Don’t let the lower prices fool you into making a purchase.

Bought a full length coat using PayPal.
Payment went threw no issues. Got an email telling me they require card info or they will refund me. Money was returned but concerning why they require card info.

I found FurHatWorld.com after searching for my dream fur hat. This site had so many options. After Googling them I found these reviews and was honestly very hesitant to order... The reviews are scary HOWEVER I took a chance and man am I glad I did. The hat was exactly as ordered, arrived within a week and the staff there were lovely to deal with from start to finish. Worth the risk 10/10

I don’t even know where to begin. I wanted to order two trapper hats that were clearly advertised for $50 AUD. It stated on their website that there was free shipping for orders $100 and over. However, when I added both items to my cart it would always charge me shipping. No matter how many times I tried and on several different devices it still would t work. Unable to afford both hats and shipping I ended up just ordering one for my husband that came to a total of just under $70 AUD

I sent an email. Facebook message and enquiry to ask why I kept getting charged for shipping but no one would ever get back to me. This is despite the fact they have 24/7 customer service all over their site.

Eventually someone extremely rude got back to me and said it was because the hats were $49 AUD. Which was correct at that time however, on the weekend they were not.

They continued to argue with me and said they were never $50 AUD continuously calling me a liar despite the fact I had a screenshot as proof of this. All while trying to pressure me into purchase more from them as their ‘sale’ was ending in 30 minutes. When I told them I don’t want their hats they blocked me.

I continued to send emails to them to ask for an explanation and an apology but they never write back.

Since then I have also gone through all the exchange rates for the day I purchased my husbands hat. The most I should have been charged with the highest exchange rate on that day was $62 AUD my order came to $67. So not only do they call customers liars that can and did supply proof that we are not lying they also overcharge customers when it comes to exchange rates.

I told them to cancel the order but surprise, surprise they didn’t. The hat hasn’t arrived yet and when and if it does I’m not expecting much.

Save yourself the hassle and go through a company that values their customers and are honest because fur hat world do not are are not.

I waited 5 months for 2 fur hats I ordered form these scums. It still hasn't arrived and they don't know where it is. Furthermore they won't even give customers refunds! Additionally, there isn't even a proper login for this company. You can literally just type in anyone's email who has an account and it automatically logs you in. Extremely dodgy and likely a scam company.

I ordered the Estelle Black Rex Rabbit Fur Bucket Hat. The size was too small as if for a small girl and it didn’t have a brim as pictured. I returned it but I was charged for shipping because they said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. I asked they check the item itself not the tag. The tag is correct but the item is not. They didn’t respond to my email.

Their sizes are off. The return process is terrible and frequently impossible. They didn't ship me the return label - I had to pay 25 bucks to ship it to Canada. You need to fill the custom declaration. Horrible!

I believe the prices are exorbitant and they are chinese. Thanks but no thanks. I was going to buy the Ladies Silver Fox Full Fur Russian Hat which is $607.95 USD and I am so glad I read the reviews.
