If I could give zero stars I would Terrible terrible company to deal with staff are rude and unhelpful waited weeks for my item still have never received keep getting excuse after excuse and no help whatsoever.

Was told for 2 weeks my furniture was out for delivery the following week only for them to phone on the Monday when it was meant to be delivered and say they no longer make the sofa and offered me a totally different sofa and a different colour told them to refund my order absolute waste of time terrible customer service rude staff avoid like the plague😂

Absolute joke to get a refund from these people I've been trying for about 8 weeks now for a mistake that they made in the first place sending wrong item

Terrible company, customer service is absolutely shocking. Was told a 2-3 week delivery for my furniture and after hearing nothing I have had to call almost every day for weeks to chase it up. I’ve been promised call backs which never happen. Apparently they are waiting to hear back from their suppliers which took another week each time only for me to call to find out what’s happening and be told the colour I ordered was not available. I was then sent a photo of a completely different set of furniture to what I ordered by email asking if I would accept another colour and that it could be delivered this week and then the rep does not reply to my emails when I told them it’s a different set entirely. I was Promised a call back again yesterday by Mae and nothing. Still being told they’re waiting for a reply from the suppliers! It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered and still nothing except an offer of a totally different item to what I ordered! Numerous times I’ve been told this would be escalated and I’m still waiting. I’ve even messaged their Facebook page and had no response. I would never recommend ordering anything from here!

Very friendly staff quick to resolve a delivery issue I had (not with them directly outside delivery company) ordering was easy would order from here again!

Brought a sofa back in February lie after lie the company told me you brought out a replacement part of the sofa and that was damaged to I spoke to a manager on the phone he told me rods was missing and told you brought a faulty batch of sofas and said I’d get a replacement in a week emails being ignored then yes you sent me out small brackets with no screws and told to fit them myself Iv explained I have no clue about sofas and would not no how these brackets go and how am I supposed to fit them
With no screws lie after lie I received an email saying I would get a full refund Iv never known a company like it 21 highfield avenue wv108np is my address if you want to look
In to this Iv explained this is having a serious effect on our mental help Iv explain what a bad time we was having about the passing of a young baby and all you have done is lie

Very nice company to deal with I was really pleased how much they kept in touch to make sure I knew what was happening and when I got my sofa they called to make sure I was happy. I can confirm that the sofa I bought was better than pictured it was bigger than expected and I’m super happy I’ve got to say I will buy from here from now on. Absolutely fantastic. And really nice delivery drivers best I’ve had in years. Thank you so much furnicoliving 🥰

I ordered the Buxton garden furniture set and it’s absolutely stunning
Furnico staff were amazing and so helpful
I forgot to add the discount to by basket before I pressed order but they sorted this out for me and it was delivered the next day as they had delivery people in my area
I would highly recommend this company and their products

The customer service from start to finish was fabulous, I cant thank the team enough for making our purchase so easy from ordering to delivery, even going the extra mile to make sure we got our sofa earlier than expected, the delivery driver was so helpful helping us install it , even when he himself was up against it with unexpected motorway closures, nothing is too much trouble ,the sales team are dedicated . Thank you we love our sofa ,making our house a cosy home.. highly recommend this company

No problem with furniture ordered, the problem is with them messaging me asking to leave a review. That came with offering me a free ottoman for the cushions for the furniture. So a year later after my review there is still no ottoman. Even after them saying they would look into it a few weeks ago I've still had no other response.

Delivered very fast, guys even carried purchase though house has I wasn’t there to collect only my pregnant wife. So very helpful. And patio set is brilliant everything we expected. Thsnk you very much .

Placed the order. Got a call within half hour to arrange delivery which was literally the next day. Furniture was easy to assemble in perfect condition and I’m super happy with the quality

I received my sofa a couple of weeks ago after been let down from another company. I ordered the Bentley, absolutely love it, it’s so comfortable. Furnico living were really helpful and kept me updated with it all, highly recommend them.

The communication about delivery was shocking. I had to wait longer than expected for the sofa. That being said the quality and comfort of the sofa when I did receive it is amazing. I am loving the style and having the extra space on the sofa when the bed part is extended.
