Avoid this company. I bought a sofa from them as it had a really nice design, seemed decent price and reviews looked good. They delivered 10 days late and the sofa didn't look anything like the pictures on their website. They refused to do a return, unless I packaged and brought the sofa to my front door for pick up. Bare in mind I'm alone and no way I could do that. They absolutely did not care. I had to pay £65 for delivery, extra £30 to have it brought into the flat and then they said I needed to pay £65 for return pick up. Did not accept that they were at fault, for producing something that didn't look like the product that I ordered. Once they picked up the sofa, they ignored my emails and said they can only do partial refund and wanted me to pay £130! Absolutely outrageous how they false advertise their products and then charge you money. The people in the office are also very rude and will not help you with anything. Also bare in mind the sofa is rock hard and I was told that all their sofas are made from the same materials, when I asked them if they could exchange the pillows.

Was slightly sceptical of ordering from here due to some of the bad reviews, but overall I'm really pleased with my purchase from here!
I bought a desk which was delivered in around 2 weeks, the man that delivered it was super friendly & helpful.
The desk is very heavy & well-built, the only thing I would say is it's quite difficult to put together... took around 3 hours and need drills, clamps etc so not the most basic flat-pack furniture! But it does feel well put together so I'm happy overall!

Communication was good and delivery time was given. Radek helped deliver the sofa to my livingroom. Thank you!
