We ordering a sofa bed Flavio turquoise turned out to be a good choice. comfortable, wonderful color and a large sleeping surface.the adventure with the delivery was not too simple but fortunately the customer service turned out to be very helpful .The only thing I can say about delivery is if you need a sofa right now, there's probably no chance ,you have to wait even if it's available! the price for the sofa is really nice (promotion). 100% Satisfied. Excellent Personal Service
I asked advice by email, because I had already bought an armchair which was far too firm and Gemma emailed me back with lots of options. I ordered the Edinburgh suggested by Gemma and it is indeed soft enough to feel comfortable, but still firm enough to feel solid.
Gemma phoned the day before delivery and apologised for the short notice. Unfortunately we had a funeral the next day, so she managed to bring the delivery forward an hour. The people delivering were stuck in traffic, but kept me informed of the situation and still arrived with 5 mins to spare and were very apologetic. I certainly appreciated the wonderful service that I got from Furniture Story, which is quite rare nowadays, so thank you!

Excellent Quality and Fantastic Service
I spent months looking for the perfect sofa, and Furniture story have well and truly delivered.
Communication confirming the sofa, material, and delivery was excellent. Gemma let me know everything was on track and gave me a delivery slot a few days before.
Delivery team Albert and Raphael gave me a 30 minute heads up, were very respectful of my home when moving in the sofa, removing their shoes when walking on the carpets and even cleared away the packaging once they had finished assembling the sofa for me. I was blown away by the customer service provided by this company.
The quality of the sofa is fantastic and exactly as described. Super soft and comfortable! VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a smooth purchase from start to finish.

Just got my nice new Flavia corner sofa bed today. Good price and so comfortable.
But I would have to say I was even more impressed with the customer service.
I had a bit of a blip with the first delivery due to mechanical problems with a vehicle, but things can happen out of our control, so will ignore that.
Customer service staff (Gemma), was very helpful and emphatic. She ensured I got my delivery the next day without fail.
Albert and Raphael delivered my sofa bed. They were absolute stars.
My sofa was very tricky going in, there was a lot of huffing and puffing lol! , but they remained professional throughout and they did everything to ensure it got positioned in my living room.
Raphael actually took my front door off, and replaced it back again just to save disappointment, as he knew how desperate I was to have my sofa.
Then they put it all together, and took all the rubbish away with them for disposal.First class service! I couldn't be happier.
I now understand why this company has high ratings, and I'm glad to add another one.
Thanks Raphael and Albert, you did a fantastic job, and thanks Furniture story (Gemma), for demonstrating what good customer service is all about.

The customer service was excellent all the way through with any questions answered promptly and politely by Gemma,
The sofa arrived on time and was in good condition,
The two chaps delivering the sofa were helpful and polite.
All round good experience with the company and I would look at using them again in the future.
