We have just moved into a new house and bought quite a lot of furniture from the Furniture Traders. We usually deal with Josh or James who are always polite, helpful and are happy to answer any questions we have.
When delivery dates are given, the furniture always arrives on time or on an earlier date if possible.
100% happy with every aspect of this company, Quality products at the right price.

First time I have been to a furniture warehouse and I liked everything they had on offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the items on sale were all good quality. We brought a number of items which were delivered and fitted with no fuss. Exceptional service, they are also a local company and not one of these dull multinationals, I would highly recommended.

We moved from Bolton, Lancashire to Baldersby near Thirsk, North Yorkshire last November. We paid a deposit on some bedroom furniture and the balance a few days before we moved in. Steve arranged delivery for the following Tuesday, and Peter and James put together and installed the wardrobes, dressing table and drawers in very quick time. We were so pleased with the service and the quality of the goods, that we have since returned twice to Furniture Traders and bought a clock, a dvd tower, an armchair and a table for the study. Going to Furniture Traders is always a pleasure; there is so much to choose from, and the guys always have time to chat and share a joke or two with us. We cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality they offer.

No one pounced on us when we walked in which was a good start. From demonstration to purchase, nothing was too much trouble. Josh was excellent. After delivery of the table, we did notice a small problem but this was quickly resolved; communication throughout was first class.
