We managed to get the price down on the lockers and they were willing to hold the items until we had the room ready and sorted to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Excellent, Honest Service
I purchased a large order of oak furniture from Furniture-Traders.co.uk. I went to their showroom which is well layed out and certainly worth a visit. They were accurate and honest with delivery times. Upon delivery they quickly built the furniture without fuss. The owners both built and delived the furniture.They were friendly and curtious. The only error was a small part missing from one piece. Whilst they did forgot to mention it at the time (they were busy building a few pieces), they ensured that the correct part was delivered next morning and were highly apologetic. I think that the way they dealt with this is a good demonstration of excellent customer care. I would recommend them again in an instant.
