We are extremely disappointed with the service we’ve received. We still have not received our delivery, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
The delivery company attempted to arrange a delivery after 6pm to a business address, which is completely unreasonable. Since then, we’ve had to continually chase Furniture At Work for updates, with no proactive communication whatsoever. Our calls have not been returned, and emails have gone completely unanswered.
After getting nowhere, we asked to cancel the order due to the lack of service and communication—only to be told we would be charged a cancellation fee. This is unacceptable given the circumstances and the failure to deliver the service we paid for.
Very poor customer service, no communication, and a stressful experience overall. I would not recommend

Ordered a desk divider and it came with no screws or anything to install it. Emailed them straight away & let them know. No response. Emailed them a day later. No response. I had to order elsewhere & when I called to start the return process, the lady tried to convince me to wait for parts - like I was putting faith in them being reliable! I went elsewhere and I am £40+ down. Go on Amazon and order there. Much better
I’d just like to thank the logistics team for our recent order, particularly the installer of our desks for a smooth delivery process.
Please could you pass on to the relevant people how the installers professional attitude and approachable manner made the delivery go smoothly. Working in a busy GP surgery can pose challenges but thanks to the installer things went quick and flawless, this supported us on what was quite a busy day for the team and we were unable to pass on our thanks on the day due to this.
