I was first told that the delivery date was going to be put back for a day and then told it was going to be delivered on the first-advised day. A single young and physically unimposing man managed to bring one of the parcels down the ten steps to my basement office. The package marked "fragile" was too heavy for him to carry, so he manoeuvred it head over tail over my brick driveway. He refused to bring that parcel down to the basement even though I offered to help: he refused to take any packaging away. He was surly and unhelpful on, it seemed to me, anxious to deliver his "quota" for the dayto get his bonus or to keep his job. Appalling service and I shall steer well clear of your Company in the future. I have relayed my disappointment to other Office friends who have made a note of your Company's name.

Only thing that let it down was delivery was meant to be from 9am, the driver turned up at 6:50am he knocked loudly on the door then took a further 20 minutes to locate the item, it was meant to be delivered to a room of choice the item was left inside the front door & not taken to the arranged location.
