I received my order in good time and was delighted with the quality

30 emails exchanged over 7 weeks, still no furniture or refund despite multiple requests.

It began when they tried to deliver before I’d even moved into the property, despite agreeing to hold it until after my completion date.

I asked when it would be redelivered, I kept getting told I would be updated shortly but would never get any more communication until I chased it, when I would be given the same answer.

Every time I was told I would be updated by 5pm, which never happened, and when I subsequently chased it I would have to wait until the following day which has made resolving this an even longer process.

A month after placing my order, still without a confirmed delivery date, I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere to a more reliable company. I was told I would have to wait until Monday (this was on Friday).

Monday arrived, still no refund processed, so I chased them AGAIN and was told on Tuesday it had been processed and would arrive in my account in 5-7 business days.

7 business days later, STILL no refund.
After exchanging even more emails, I was told to wait until the beginning of the following week. Still no refund.

After 4 days I emailed again and was told it had definitely been processed, however according to my bank there are no pending payments.

Chased again, was told I would be contacted by their finance department. STILL waiting.

So to sum up, I am still owed over £500, still have no bed or mattress, and have spent over a month sleeping on the floor which is less than ideal when nursing a new born.

This company has delivered exceptionally poor customer service and have essentially stolen my money, which judging by other reviews seems to be a trend. I will now be contacting an ombudsman to obtain the money they owe me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought my new bed from here they kept me in the loop with everything that was happening from order to delivery. It arrived safely and on the time and date given. So happy with my new bed lovely and comfy looks like one you would pay a lot more for. Have referred my friends and family who have also bought from these. Will definitely use again when needing new furniture

I ordered a small double crushed velvet bed from them and they sent me a king size bed and a small double headboard. I bought this bed in May and immediately contacted them via phone call and asked them to rectify this issue. I sent them pictures via email and they said they will organise a bed swap. I have waited for weeks on end and emailed them constantly and they kept telling me they will do it the following week. They kept giving me empty promises even after I had spoken to them via phone call in late June. It’s now middle of July and they still have not swapped the bed and blocked my phone number from calling their office number stated on the website. I emailed them asking for a refund and they have not responded since the 20th of June. These people are scum on earth and I urge people to not trust them whatsoever. I have spent over £400 pounds for this bed and still have not had the chance to sleep in it. It’s been 3 months now and I have been waiting for this swap to happen since early May when I first received it. They are scam artists. This website is beyond dodgy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Truly shocked to read some bad reviews! I’ll be honest I’d never heard of the site before but took a risk and it paid off massively! Constant communication about when the bed would be delivered including a phone call on the morning of delivery! Bed is perfect, couldn’t recommend the company enough!

Excellent. Now you are paying quite a lot cheaper than Say a John Lewis bed so don't expect amazing finish. But I am extremely pleased with the quality of the bed for the price I paid. Brilliant service, fast delivery and bed is extremely comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.

Delightful shopping experience! I received tremendous service even during this pandemic, the bed was delivered super quickly and in perfect condition.
Only thing is I had to use YouTube to find out how to fit the headboard as there were no instructions enclosed - fine for me but may be an issue for those not tech savvy
