This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered beds from Furniture4home. Both times the on line ordering was easy with purchase options provided. Communication was good with the courier company contacting us both times within the five days stated from ordering to arrange a delivery slot. Delivery was on time and the product good value and as described on a the website. Would recommend to anyone who wants value for money, with no hassle service and delivery.

Great bed, needed more info with clip attachments
Customer service was great as I had to update my address. The only part was that I purchased a Divan bed and I wasn’t sure how to stop them from pulling apart as they gave white clips but there wasn’t anywhere obvious to attach them. There was me break in the fabric underneath to give me a clue on where to attach the clips - I had to do a little digging to get the answer and make small cut marks myself. Other than that, the bed was great quality

firstly one day we had a call to say the bed broke in transit and that it would take another two weeks to get to us which was understandable as accidents happen however when we did receive the bed it was absolutely awful quality. there was wood stuck in the holes so we couldn't put the bed legs in and the material at the bottom of the bed was this awful thin black lining which wasn't cut properly with jagged edges. the actual bed frame came in two parts but there was no way to fix them together. there was also staples sticking out underneath the material part of the bed and marks and stains all over it. we got in contact with them and they said it would take another month to get it replaced we've already waited a month to receive it. we asked how much we would receive to keep the bed and they said the best offer was £30 back for a £400 bed ! we had to chase up the refund which took another 3 weeks as they had to come collect the bed back. i am appalled by this website and would never buy again was a waste of time and poor communication from the company.
