Love our new bed! Great service and fast delivery and the price is reasonable not too expensive

Received my bed in very quick time , I’m really happy with my bed it came very well packaged, it looks lovely I got the pocket sprung mattress has a have a bad back it’s so comfortable and my back has started to feel better already , very good price

So impressed with the customer service, efficiency of delivery and the bed is superb! We bought a Lisbon grey divan bed set for our daughter. Aesthetically it looks great and the mattress is very comfortable. The drawers are sturdy. Great value for money and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Bed came within the stated time, delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Bed is lovely and excellent value for money. It was also very easy to put together. Will be buying from this company again and would definitely recommend.

The bed we purchased was very well priced, was delivered quickly, and the overall experience couldn't have been better.

Ordered a bed as a present for my parents and great service. Bed arrived earlier than expected and very lovely material. Headboard could be a bit sturdier and the screws for the headboard when fastened will keep turning even though it won’t tighten any more. One drawer is also hitting the top of the frame every time it’s closed but overall satisfied with the bed for the price.

Beware!!!!!! We ordered a double divan bed frame and head board from this company after reading their reviews, which were mainly good, don't believe everything you read!!!!!! It said it would take 5 days to make, sure enough after days we got an email to say it was ready and had been picked up by carriers at this point we sold our existing bed and so just used the mattress on the floor, for 2 over 70 year old s not the easiest thing but we knew we could manage for a couple of days, a week went by, no bed so we contacted them and was told they would contact courier s, and they would get back to us, they never did, another week went by we rang and messaged them explaining the situation we were in and our ages, they kept stringing us along another week went by, we messaged them they got back to us and said it would be another week,!!!!! We immediately cancelled the order and demanded our money back, today 4 weeks since we ordered, our money was returned, disgusting customer care,!!!!! By the way the day we cancelled we went to a local shop and they delivered that afternoon,

AVOID buying from this company. A few days before my bed was due to arrive and after they had emailed to say it was dispatched, they inform me their couriers are not delivering our area. We live in a busy town, in Kent (one of the home counties!) After informing them that I am pregnant and sleeping on a mattress on the floor due to them telling us our new bed was on the way and us selling the old one to make room, they said we could organise our own courier, but they would not cover the cost?! We then got a refund which is taking 5 days to process, regardless of the fact when you purchase the item from them they take the money immediately. So we now cannot even order a new bed until the funds are back in our account. Rubbish company who care very little about their customers.

The company also decided to point to a link on their website which says they are not delivering to certain postcodes. This link was uploaded a week after I purchased the item and not there when the original sale was made. Still sleeping on a mattress on the floor whilst we wait for our new bed to arrive. Disgraceful company.

We ordered our new bed last month, it came last week after 3 weeks lead time which was smack on. The bed is beautiful, such good quality and comfortable. Very easy to put together. It would be a 5 star but we feel there should be 4 clips to attach the base rather than 2. Apart from that cant fault it, would highly recommend :)

Very happy with my crushed velvet divan bed and orthopedic mattress. It's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was a bit skeptical because good beds are not cheap and usually a decent mattress would cost a bomb. After doing my research I decided to order from this company as my budget was no more than £400 and the beds looked nice and strong. Wow I was very surprised when my bed and mattress turned up. The quality is good, exactly as described, nice headboard, good sliders, well made and packaged great for transit. The courier was polite and friendly, received my bed in time with no problems. I must say the mattress I chose was excellent quality, firm for my back, pocket sprung as not keen on memory. Highly recommend ordering from this company, great prices, amazing value and quality with good customer service. Very very happy, best nights sleep I've had for a long time!

Bought a Kingston single divan. Bed is poor quality. Finish is sub-standard with material not trimmed neatly and cheap drawer corner inserts that make it look awful. Will be amazed if it lasts longer than a few years.

The best customer service I have received during this time, so quick to respond to my emails and super helpful. Spoke with a gentleman called Adam and he was great!

Ordered a Chesterfield divan bed a couple of weeks ago for our recently refurbished bedroom. Order came last Friday, my husband and son managed to set it up without any issues and it looks fantastic in our newly done up room. Service was generally faultless got a quick a reply when I emailed in asking in about possibly getting different set of bed feet. All in all I was very pleased with both product and service.

Purchased a king size faux leather divan bed for a spare room. Before purchasing I enquired about having Glides rather than Castors. No problem I was told and a note was added to my purchase order. The bed arrived in about 7 working days but with NO glides. I had to purchased a set off Amazon.
The bed is cheaply made and came with no instructions. The Plastic clips that to hold the 2 halves of the divan are useless. I ended up screwing the 2 halves together. I had to adjust (lower) the rails on one of the draws to stop staples ripping the leather on the drawer. Also where the 2 halves meet, on one side, one was 5mm higher than the other.
I paid £250, but probably worth £150-£200.
On a positive note, the delivery driver was pleasant.

Service was fast and the bed is lovely! Such an amazing price and amazing quality. Was fairly easy to put together and I can’t believe how lovely this bed is, the mattress is so comfortable too! Perfect!

I don’t usually write reviews but it was the least I could do. We needed a new bed and mattress as my wife was recovering from the Coronavirus and we needed something very comfortable for her as we are both in our 70’s. I called the number and asked them for their advice and see what mattress would suit us. The mattress they recommended was out of our budget, but the gentlemen I spoke to put me on hold whilst he spoke to his manager. He then came back and told me they would upgrade the mattress for me free of charge from the basic one I was planning on buying. I nearly cried as I was not expecting this generosity at this very tough time

The whole thing got delivered within 7 days and we are more than happy with the product and service. God bless you!

i cannot fault the service and excellent standard of communication. Recommend highly.

No issues with the bed but the delivery was not very impressive. Lone driver who had to request my husband’s help to get it out of the van and then would not assist my husband in getting it upstairs. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue but my husband is off work sick after suffering from a stroke. Please give more consideration to the delivery side
