Ordered a grey velvet divan bed which was delivered perfectly on time. Very easy to put together. Very comfortable and looks fabulous. Would recommend.

My purchase arrived on time and the guy who delivered it was very pleasant.

The bed is lovely and as I ordered, but actually joining it together with the silly clips supplied was an absolute nightmare and needs to be changed. I ordered an orthopaedic mattress, which was delivered with the bed. Although comfortable I could have done with a mattress which was a bit firmer.

Ordered a velvet double bed with diamanté buttons for my daughter. It is absolutely beautiful and she loves it. Customer service was fantastic bed arrived within delivery timeframe . Would highly recommend !

Excellent Service, they were helpful from the purchase process all the way to providing links to videos on the installation part. The delivery was within the time frame they state and no issues to comment on at all throughout the process.

Excellent service. I ordered a divan bed with 4 drawer storage, the bed came with a free headboard, the price paid was a fraction of the price at leading bed shops. Everyone comments on how great it looks. Would definitely recommend this company for great delivery and value

Weeks ago I went on live chat and asked if I ordered a bed could I request a specific date. I was told I could so whilst on the live chat my partner placed the order, I gave our order number and was assured that this had now been booked for the 28th.
On Monday 24th my partner received a message saying our bed was being delivered on the 25th. We told them we don’t move in to our new house until the 28th. We were then asked via countless emails “Can they leave it somewhere safe?” “Can someone wait until for it?” We explained again that we don’t move in until the 28th.
We were then told it would be the following week as their couriers weren’t in our area again this week.
This morning I’ve called and was told that they would call the courier and see what they could do. I’ve just had a call back and been told that our bed was now damaged.
They can’t make us a new bed in time and a refund can take a few days.
When I asked how I was meant to buy a bed before Friday when the refund would take a few days I was told it was company policy, they couldn’t do BACS transfer and that I should put another bed on my credit card!!!!!!
I asked to speak a manager and was told he was off.
We are now left with no bed.
Absolutely shocking customer service, useless, patronising and have zero empathy!
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

This bed was for my daughter, she looked online and choose one, however we did visit various bed shops to look around but nothing got close to the cost, and those that did, the quality was not there. The bed arrived very quickly and i am very impressed with the quality, it looks great in her room, i would certainly recommend furniture4home.

After extensively looking online for a bed to purchase, I found Furniture4home so glad I did. The bed is beautiful, the colour matched the picture on the website, it is well made and I'm sure it will last. I found the website easy to navigate. Delivery was really quick only took four days, and the delivery driver was helpful and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend furniture4home if your looking for quality at a competitive price.

Love my bed. Fast delivery- to the point it was like 4 days and I just got a email saying they are coming next day, so little disappointed no one contacted me to arrange a date as I was on holiday. Thankfully someone was in but the bed came a week early so had just sit in the way for a bit. But other than that it was great. Mattress comfy and beds beautiful. Another thing was that I ordered king and the base was wrapped in in large double wrapping , dad measured it and said its right so must just be wrong packing but since I was away as wasn't suppose to be delivered they had go on a mission to try get hold of the company as not much on the delivery note. And still haven't heard back but I set it up when back and fits, if anything the mattress is smaller( still king). I got 4 draw king divan in crushed velvet silver and open pocket sprung mattress. As I need good support for my back and such a light sleeper so need one that doesn't move if someone else moves and it works. I put it together on my own. Overall I'd recommend them as I love my bed, but just to ensure you don't get caught out on delivery I'd ring them once you have your order confirmation ( not the receipt) to arrange delivery.

Great bed easy to assemble, good value for money only problem way I asked for a memory foam mattress and got a spring one.

We ordered a crushed velvet bed from furniture4home. Was unsure about a few things so contacted customer service who were very helpful and very knowledgable on all aspects of there products.

Bed delivered faster then expected and looks ams feels fantastic in our bedroom. Will be purchasing another one for our guest room

Great service all round by this company. Brought a bed for my daughter as a birthday present. We asked for the delivery to be delayed and to have it delivered a certain date. Furniture4home was most helpful. Delivery driver was very helpful. Bed looks amazing and we got one happy girl.
