Bought a divan bed on the 8th of April 2019 from furniture 4 homes the base is bowed and creaking already cheap cut open the pvc covering underneath of bed to see what was wrong the bed is made from pallet wood and not sturdy wood as described in advertisement the top of the base is covered in Cardboard which is why it is so creaky and we only weigh 8 stone each high price for a poor quality bed wrote a review on the website was not uploaded buy them the headboard did not line up with the holes drilled in the base one plastic bracket to hold headboard on broke immediately

Quality product. Second time ordering from them. Only writing a review after seeing all the negative reviews, either fake reviews or maybe sometimes companies do get delayed on orders especially Christmas periods. Ive been satisfied both times ordering. Thank you

Bed was great, delivered on time and the driver was very helpful. I needed help assembling it and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and guided me through it 5 ⭐️ from me!

Not happy with this company at all and will never order from them again. Initial order was late by a couple of weeks and had to chase. Got the courier message to say it would be delivered the next day and then got a text like other peoples reviews to say the van had broken down. I don't believe this as seen other reviews with them giving the same excuse. Delivery rearranged for another day and they give you a time slot which would be great if they turned up in it. I had to chase again as no communication from anyone it would be late. The bed turned up a couple of hours later after leaving messages with the company.

Bed arrived and fabric damaged. Contacted company and offered a replacement which was fine. Waited 2 weeks and had to chase again. Told I would be contacted following Monday with a time from the courier. Never happened and had to chase. Now on the Thursday been told the couriers route planning Software has gone wrong, what a joke. Now told it will be arranged next Monday which I will not hold my breath on.

Company hiding behind a courier company for not keeping to delivery promises. Read other reviews below as people have been told the same thing. Reading other reviews looks like a 50/50 bet on what service you will get.

Update 04/02 Nothing back from them re delivery again - really bad service. Response below is just hot air.

Nice easy purchase and delivery. It’s a nice bed, though had a problem with drawers fitting in and the metalwork bent easily. The mattress does slip on the bed base, but overall we are happy with the bed. It is very comfortable.

Ordered my bed fast and efficiently, it arrived within 7 days and was far better than expected, solid divan base, lovely design and easy to move around. The delivery driver was polite and explained the returns policy and how long it may take if needed to return the bed.

Was wary of the quality due to the price but really impressed with my 4 drawer divan base bed! Only issue I had was the headboard not having guide holes in, but with some new pointed screws went in no issue. Would really recommend!

Wish I had read the bad ratings before I ordered! Ordered the Divan Base and Headboard before xmas, arrived within a week which I was impressed with and the courier was friendly. However, the feet did not fit the holes in the base of the Divan, some did too easily but the others had no chance! I was assured that a replacement bed would be delivered before the xmas break. There was no question as to whether it could be the feet that were at fault here. Surely the holes in the base of the Divan should be the same each time the bed is produced or do the workmen just pop them in haphazardly? No sign of any bed delivery before xmas so contacted customer services first day back in January. Was assured that delivery would be made that week - um no - was assured that delivery would be the following week - um no - eventually received a text that it would come the next day. Next day received a text to say that the van had broken down. Now after reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurance - should you get your vans checked out as they break down quite often or are we being fobbed off?! During my many email conversations with Customer Services I have been assured that the couriers will take the old bed from upstairs and take the new bed up and check that the feet fit before they leave. What do suppose are the chances that this will happen? Let's wait and see tomorrow. Don't suppose customer services will be bothered but as other people have said you get what you pay for. Won't make that mistake again.

Ordered a king size divan and quite please with it.. Wish i ordered all my beds from them, i would have all the beds for my rooms. Its been been almost 2 months, still waiting for my beds from Furniture Village😣.

We brought the king size divan bed very easy to assemble and were very happy. Highly recommended.

Ordered the bed for my grandauter she’s so pleased with it I took delivery and was text by driver giving a time driver was very polite and unloaded the bed mattress and headboard overhaul from ordering delivery and after care as been excellent
