Poor service. Completed application form, and sent a follow up email, but no response of any kind sent by Furniture Donation, and I've been waiting now for over 24 hours.

Used FDN to collect a lot (150x chair and 150 x desks) of furniture over the space of three days. What can I say, they were absolutely fantastic. Jon and his team bent over backwards to ensure we received the best service possible and even helped out with anything else we needed taking away to make the move to our new building a far easier process than what it could have been without them. Would definitely recommend! Thanks so much!

I am moving house and didn't have a lot of time between exchange and completion to get rid of a lot of furniture. I didn't know what I was going to do, and hated the thought of it going to waste as it was all good quality.

Furniture Donation Network arranged for my furniture to be picked up in no time and the collection partners were brilliant and so helpful, they had to take apart a bed and desk and made it look easy - I'm sure I wouldn't have found that to be the case.

It was all completely free of charge and they were lovely. Best of all I don't have to throw perfectly good furniture away and someone else can make use of it.

I can't recommend highly enough.

The team contacted me within an hour of my online enquiry and the collection called me to schedule an hour after that. The collection was timely and the guys were really friendly. Whole experience was quick and convenient, which was great.

Natalie at the FDN was exceptionally helpful. I called on a thursday requesting for the furniture to be collected as soon as possible, and she managed to arrange for a monday delivery!

The collection went without a hiccup.

Everything was professional and efficient.

I had some slight technical difficulties uploading photos as required by the website but the staff at FDN were very helpful in sorting that out and arranged the collection quickly afterwards...The collection itself went very smoothly. An excellent service all round...

One suggestion: FDN might encourage their local partners to hand out a flyer for their (local) organisation when they collect, so donors have an idea of the use to which the furniture might be put locally and can help spread the word...

Very responsive and reliable. The guys are also careful transporting the furniture to not damage any door frames. Great service and they call you an hour in advance to let you know when they'll be there.

The company was very punctual and professional. They kept me updated on the timings of the collection and everything went very smoothly.

A fantastic organization with great people. The whole experience of donating to FDN has been uplifting and rewarding. Will be my absolute first choice for any future donations. Thank you all!
