False Promises, Zero Accountability, and Ghosting Customers

I hired ASA Distribution to distribute 3,000 flyers in our local area, paying £300 for distribution and £65 for printing. What followed was a complete failure of service, professionalism, and basic communication.

1. False Confirmation & Broken Promises:
During a phone call, their employee admitted that the flyers were NOT distributed in the first round, despite earlier assurances. They promised to rectify this immediately—yet again, nothing was delivered.

2. Ghosting & Zero Accountability:
For the past two weeks, their team has ignored all calls and emails. No responses, no explanations, and no resolution. It’s unacceptable for a business to take payment, fail twice, and then completely disappear when questioned.

3. No Flyers Received – Despite Being in the Target Area:
Our care home is in the exact postcode where distribution was supposed to happen, and 90% of our staff live locally—yet not one person has received a flyer. Where did our flyer/money go?

Avoid this company at all costs. They take payment but do not deliver, refuse to communicate, and show zero respect for customers. If they can’t handle a simple flyer drop, how can they be trusted with anything else?

Update if they ever respond—but so far, total silence.

Absolutely terrible customer service!

Paid for leaflet distribution with GPS tracking included, but never received any of the tracking data I was promised. I've called multiple times (over 5!) and sent several emails, yet no one has had the decency to respond. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now I'm seriously doubting whether my leaflets were even delivered.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!

I can t express how satisfied...

I can’t express how satisfied I am with this service. After being let down by another distribution company, I was in a panic and needed my flyers distributed urgently. The team was incredibly responsive, and my leaflets were distributed almost immediately! Even now, people are still coming into the shop with my leaflet. I would give more stars if I could!

I ran into a small issue...

I ran into a small issue with the printing company, which delayed the arrival of my leaflets. My campaign was at risk of being postponed, but Andre stepped in and assigned extra distributors to ensure the leaflets were delivered on time. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

It has been a fantastic experience...

It has been a fantastic experience collaborating with this company to design and distribute our brochures. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were both friendly and professional throughout the process. The brochures turned out to be of excellent quality, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services and look forward to partnering with them again in the future.

Scammers and Liars!

They appeared reliable at the beginning and very responsive before they got paid in advance by promising quick and effective distribution immediately day after making a payment.
We done mistake that we didn't check the google reviews which are by the way the lowest out of all!

We are sure that campaign didn’t take place and based on other reviews we are not the only one.

AVOID AT ANY COST TO THIS SCUMMERS AND THIEFS!

Your assertion that ASA Distribution did not conduct your campaign is entirely false. We have provided you with over 50 images of your leaflets at various road names, accompanied by GPS maps, to prove our diligent distribution efforts. Yet, despite this substantial evidence, you refuse to acknowledge the facts.

It's clear that your frustration stems from not receiving the response you desired, but it is crucial to understand that our responsibility is solely to distribute the flyers as requested. We have no influence over your business outcomes or customer decisions.

We take pride in our transparency and effectiveness, and it's unfortunate that you choose to ignore the comprehensive proof provided. Your defamatory remarks are not only unwarranted but also deeply unfair to a service that delivered exactly what was promised.

We urge you to reassess your claims and recognize the substantial effort and proof we've provided.

"You sent us a map with the distribution area and photos hoewer this doesn't prove that the leaflets were distributed. Taking pictures in front of the road signs takes about 10-15min but actual distribution of 5k leaflets the whole day at least."

No leaflets delivered after paying £3000

I paid £3000 for leaflet delivery and 50,000 leaflets were sent to ASA. They have not delivered them and have been unable to explain what has happened. I have checked with over 50 properties in my area including friends/neighbours and there is no sign. I have sent 7 emails of complaint to ASA with no reply. I strongly advise you not to use this company, I have lost over £5000 and will be taking the matter to trading standards.

A company that doesn't deliver

We paid this company to deliver leaflets in our local area as part of a recruitment campaign. They weren't delivered. We complained and they promised they would be delivered. they never were and now they won't respond to our e-mails.

Exceptional Service

It’s been a pleasure working with the company to create and distribute our leaflets. Receive exceptional customer service, very friendly and professional staff. The leaflets were great quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be working with them in the future.

SCAM - AVOID

SCAM COMPANY!

This company is an utter scam, we paid them £1980 to deliver 30,000 leaflets and after doing various spot checks we came to the conclusion that they binned them.

We asked for GPS tracking as they promised from the outset which they then refused to supply.

If you make a complaint about their service, they are rude and threaten you with legal action and retaliate by writing fake reviews about your company.
They have completely ripped us off - not to mention the cost we paid out to have the leaflets produced!

Avoid!!!!!

We are saddened to hear that you have felt disappointed with certain aspects of your campaign, for which we would like to offer our sincere apologies. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your feedback.

We regret you have felt so strongly so as to post a negative review about your experience with us. Having had in excess of 30 plus emails exchanged between you and our staff. We have tried our absolute best to guide you through our complaints procedure after we have supplied the comprehensive evidence which demonstrated without a shadow of a doubt that the campaign was completed via the GPS tracks based reports which you received and the comprehensive backcheck lists.

As mentioned in our numerous communications, you have stated that it was your belief the campaign was not done based on the response rate, however my colleagues have kindly asked you to substantiate that belief with some evidence under the form of addresses checked. Despite asking for this information repeatedly over the course of several weeks, it was not supplied to us. Nevertheless we conducted comprehensive back checks by knocking on doors in the area and asking local residents whether they had seen your leaflet and supplied a very long list of addresses scattered throughout the entire distribution area, of local residents who had confirmed receipt. Out of 150 people checked, we only had six person who could not confirm receipt. As much as we would like to have such an ability, unfortunately it is not within our power to compel local residents to utilise any of the services/goods we distribute leaflets for. What we can do is ensure that your campaign is carried out in full within the scope of our agreement and that is exactly how yours was carried out. However, having supplied the service and provided evidence to demonstrate completion in full we could not oblige your request of a full refund as we have staff to pay who worked hard to deliver your campaign, as well as the associated costs of distributing your campaign.

We have robust systems in place to ensure the safeguarding of our customer's interests and we have employed those systems to the fullest possible extent in your campaign as we do with all of our customers, the vast majority of whom are extremely satisfied with our services and have been with us for years. We will nevertheless take your comments onboard and use them to further improve our services.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. All feedback has been reviewed by the relevant teams as any dissatisfaction on the part of a client, can indicate an opportunity for improvement.

AVOID

Used there services but I would avoid. They were unresponsive and difficult to pin down once they had my money. The guys covered for each other with excuses why the account manager could not be reached, they would not allow me to complain about their poor service to management (who knows who that is). I made several random checks in postcode area to see if flyers were delivered and 100% of those people confirmed no flyer delivered. The zero response rate out of 12K delivered was also confirmation that the job was not done as agreed. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews first as I got the same experience as other clients not happy. Unsure where all the positive reviews are coming from !!!! which falsely reassured me into using them.

Having checked over 40 emails exchanged between you and our colleagues at ASA I was able to ascertain the following aspects:

- I could see that one of my colleagues has offered and supplied you a free leaflet design with unlimited amendments out of desire to offer you with the utmost customer satisfaction; Furthermore he also extended a discounted price;

- One of my colleagues dispatched 3000 leaflets to you twice at no cost to you with the first batch not being received by you due to the pandemic and my colleague having reprinted at no cost to you and re-dispatched these to you;

- Upon completion we have sent you a comprehensive GPS track based report and photos taken occasionally by some of our distribution staff with your leaflet against road names, while they were on their route delivering your leaflets.

- You have mentioned that due to the response rates you were unsure whether the campaign had been conducted and that you performed some checks and you had people confirming they had not received a leaflet. However I note that when my colleague who dealt with your campaign asked you for addresses so that we can look into the matter for you as soon as possible. To which you replied enquiring about the second batch of leaflets sent and also mentioned you would send a list of postcodes across shortly. We never received that list of postcodes in any subsequent communication, however we received another email enquiring about the status of the delivery to which you received a phone call immediately after with an update.

We appreciate honest and genuine feedback and we will take your comments onboard, however, in this case we believe that the conclusion you have drawn to not be in line with the facts of what occured. We unfortunately have absolutely no control over the response rate of your campaign, nor can that be used as a reliable metric to measure campaign completion as a consequence of the aforementioned. We are at all times prepared to be scrutinized on the work that we supply, however, when we attempted to scrutinize your claim, this was not substantiated in any way and our complaints procedure was not followed.
