False Promises, Zero Accountability, and Ghosting Customers
I hired ASA Distribution to distribute 3,000 flyers in our local area, paying £300 for distribution and £65 for printing. What followed was a complete failure of service, professionalism, and basic communication.
1. False Confirmation & Broken Promises:
During a phone call, their employee admitted that the flyers were NOT distributed in the first round, despite earlier assurances. They promised to rectify this immediately—yet again, nothing was delivered.
2. Ghosting & Zero Accountability:
For the past two weeks, their team has ignored all calls and emails. No responses, no explanations, and no resolution. It’s unacceptable for a business to take payment, fail twice, and then completely disappear when questioned.
3. No Flyers Received – Despite Being in the Target Area:
Our care home is in the exact postcode where distribution was supposed to happen, and 90% of our staff live locally—yet not one person has received a flyer. Where did our flyer/money go?
Avoid this company at all costs. They take payment but do not deliver, refuse to communicate, and show zero respect for customers. If they can’t handle a simple flyer drop, how can they be trusted with anything else?
Update if they ever respond—but so far, total silence.

I ran into a small issue with the printing company, which delayed the arrival of my leaflets. My campaign was at risk of being postponed, but Andre stepped in and assigned extra distributors to ensure the leaflets were delivered on time. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Scammers and Liars!

We are sure that campaign didn’t take place and based on other reviews we are not the only one.

No leaflets delivered after paying £3000
I paid £3000 for leaflet delivery and 50,000 leaflets were sent to ASA. They have not delivered them and have been unable to explain what has happened. I have checked with over 50 properties in my area including friends/neighbours and there is no sign. I have sent 7 emails of complaint to ASA with no reply. I strongly advise you not to use this company, I have lost over £5000 and will be taking the matter to trading standards.
A company that doesn't deliver
We paid this company to deliver leaflets in our local area as part of a recruitment campaign. They weren't delivered. We complained and they promised they would be delivered. they never were and now they won't respond to our e-mails.

SCAM - AVOID
SCAM COMPANY!
This company is an utter scam, we paid them £1980 to deliver 30,000 leaflets and after doing various spot checks we came to the conclusion that they binned them.
We asked for GPS tracking as they promised from the outset which they then refused to supply.
If you make a complaint about their service, they are rude and threaten you with legal action and retaliate by writing fake reviews about your company.
They have completely ripped us off - not to mention the cost we paid out to have the leaflets produced!
Avoid!!!!!

Used there services but I would avoid. They were unresponsive and difficult to pin down once they had my money. The guys covered for each other with excuses why the account manager could not be reached, they would not allow me to complain about their poor service to management (who knows who that is). I made several random checks in postcode area to see if flyers were delivered and 100% of those people confirmed no flyer delivered. The zero response rate out of 12K delivered was also confirmation that the job was not done as agreed. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews first as I got the same experience as other clients not happy. Unsure where all the positive reviews are coming from !!!! which falsely reassured me into using them.
