ASA Distribution Reviews 

Absolutely dreadful service, started with late collection of leaflets, late in the apparent service for delivery, can't ever get hold of anybody when you call. The campaign was a disaster, we checked over 100 local residents and businesses for leaflets received and managed around 3% no businesses received them at all out of all those asked. They are just scammers, avoid like the plague. Now considering legal solution for money back.

For someone who has never had a direct marketing campaign before, I was pleasantly surprised with the result. The team was very informative and by the end of my initial phone call, I felt like I had good knowledge of how the job was going to be done. The distribution was complete within the schedule I was given and a few customers have already mentioned receiving the leaflet. Im very happy with how the campaign went, looking forward to using this company again

ASA delivered leaflets for my business in August. They were due to deliver 14,000.

Having used other local companies, I knew an approximate response rate. The week they delivered 0 calls. I complained and after an investigation they stated that the leaflets hadn't in fact been delivered. They insinuated that the staff members had been dealt with and agreed to re-print and deliver.

We had a fraction of the number of normal enquiries from their delivery run and have subsequently paid another company to repeat it with significantly higher response rates.

Overall, the experience was very poor with a complete lack of transparency. I wouldn't ever trust them to deliver for me again

Firstly a member of your team, told me over the phone that the first delivery run was not completed and only a handful of leaflets were delivered. It was insinuated in the call that the staff members were dismissed.

You did reprint and redeliver although the response rates were significantly below par with other deliveries I have undertaken in the area.

I was also promised a report and GPS tracking from the campaign which, despite chasing I have not received.

I'm not in the business of leaving malicious reviews but my comment is a fair representation of the service I have revived. To attempt to cast doubt on that in your reply is dispicable. You can try and down play my review however you would like but the fact remains you provided an exceptionally poor service. You redelivered as per your terms and conditions, I actually asked for a refund so don't make out you went above and beyond.

Regardless of this, you have lost a £65k a year account from me and, hopefully on reading my review, from others.

First time I have used ASA Distribution and was delighted with the flyers they printed and distributed for us. Will definitely use again, prices and service are excellent. Eli and his team

Great Customer Service

Staff was very friendly and patient, they helped me get the results I needed.

We had 20,000 leaflets distributed with this company. We got exactly what we paid for, no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing leafleters

Its so surprising how I can have thousands of leaflets distributed in a matter of a few days. It has actually helped boost a few more calls, great work guys.

I had a little hiccup with the printing company which caused a delay on the arrival of my leaflets. Essentially my campaign should be postponed but Andre assigned more distributors to the distribution team to ensure my leaflets were distributed on time! Couldn't be happier…

The team was very professional in handling my campaign. I had people roaming around the area to insure that the job was being done. They bumped into 2 different distributors who were distributing surprisingly fast.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with this service. I was in panic after being let down by another distribution company and needed my flyers to be distributed urgently. The staff there were very prompt and my leaflets were distributed almost immediately! I still have people come in the shop with my leaflet. I would give more stars if I could.

Unfortunately a very poor experience with this company. They overpromise and under-deliver... not what you would expect of a leaflet distribution company. Their claim to offer targeted GPS controlled drops is some way short of the truth and of a time-limited 40,000 drops in quite a small area of a town and its close environs of the twenty test callbacks we conducted, all twenty hadn't received anything from us!!!
the reply from the salesman was they thought our sample was too small to be representative, and that we should have sampled at least 1% ... so we have to prove them wrong by visiting 400 households !!! Definitely a bad attitude company no stars

Used them in 2017. Claimed (some of) my emails got lost in a spam filter, had to chase constantly, two completely different stories about why my contact was out of the office (so one was a blatant lie), a number of people I know in the distribution area didn't receive a flyer and the google map they sent showing the route allegedly used for the delivery involved walking through solid walls! No response to email raising these issues. Would never use again.

My experience has been beyond shocking first they forgot to do my campaign then offered to refund print cost and redistribute
I am tired of chasing - we agreed they would provide a copy of the leaflet to prove printing and confirm area distributed too
Nothing despite my efforts I have one given up will report them to trading standards

Do not use this company
Initially had a lot of contact with the company and they were very happy and willing to provide help. However as soon as it came to delivering the service promised communication ceased. We're still not sure if this delivery went out - we had no return on this distribution. Not even a smaller than usual return - no return at all. No enquires, no landing page traffic, absolutely nothing. After making a complaint using the manner they suggested I still haven't heard anything back.

I mean, 3 years for a response? that would also be why you wouldn't find us on your system? speaks volumes.
