Cellini 2 door mirror corner wardrobe
There was a long wait for this wardrobe to come back in stock, but once it was delivery was fast. It was well worth the wait and gives me loads of storage but takes up so little space. A perfect storage solution for my rather small bedroom.

Brilliant company.
I ordered an overbed storage unit and they were brilliant with the problems we had,
The delivery company took 3 tries to deliver a complete unit and everytine I contacted Furniture Factor they were brilliant polite and apologetic everytime even though there wasn't any error on their part.
The unit is now together and looks so nice and really sturdy.
Would defiently recommend.

Quick delivery compared to other companies. Easy to assemble.
You have to be very careful during the assembly as the wood can easily get damaged if using any hard tool. The screws got pierced through the sides when we assembled.

Poor Quality
Delivery late, poor quality, literally cheapest materials you can get. All fixings came in 2 bags so you must spend an hour just checking each part, separating and numbering yourself.
Packed well, but looked like it had just came out the saw mill, everything covered in dust and chippings.
One of the doors were warped, I didn't bother to contact as since seen posts about replacements with replies from the company saying once built they do not replace parts.
Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Avoid.

Initially disappointed but the issues were resolved quickly
The initial delivery arrived but was missing some parts. I spoke to the shop and they arranged for the missing parts to be sent out immediately.
It was disappointing that parts were missing and as such I had to wait before I could assemble the furniture however, this was resolved and the parts arrived a few days after

Bathroom cabinet
Ordered a bathroom cabinet ,that come damaged.didnt know it was chipboard material and one side was all crushed,and parts was ordered and sent out with tracking code,stayed at the same point for 5 days when I try to find out where the package was,found out it got lost in transit. After a few calls,finally Zak was very helpful and sorted the matter with a refund.

Item could have been better
All in all not a very positive experience, A few screws missing which was quite annoying. When selling an item that requires a lot of screws, it would be better to have a few extra instead of missing, which could make it harder to put together.
Also the shelves are far too small to be fitted in, which means I have to buy bigger brackets to be able to use it.
Not happy with my purchase at all and I guess lesson learnt.

Poor-quality wood, damaged stock
Poor-quality wood was used for the furniture, make sure you have wood glue on hand before u start as we came across multiple cracks & splits between screw/dowel holes that we had to re-glue before we could even start the assembly, the plans are very basic & rely on a sticker system (sadly many parts were missing stickers), easy enough to figure out if you're experienced, but I wouldn't recommend this for anyone new to Flatpak.
Had to pay an extra £79 for delivery to Aberdeen (was basic drop & go curbside delivery). Basic packaging (cardboard boxes with wood offcuts & polystyrene) many pieces arrived with small dents, scratches & other markings (most annoyingly on drawer fronts & cupboard doors) which probably could have been avoided with better care or by using some kind of wrap in the packaging.
Overall look of the finished project is nice (from a glance/distance) but i am left feeling like I have greatly overpaid for what was received.
