I ordered two items of furniture for my living room. £750 not sure what to expect having only seen the items on laptop. I am absolutely delighted with the furniture. The company delivered the items free of charge which was one of the reasons I decided to buy. The items were very heavy and packed very well to cause no damage to the furniture. I have to say, Muddasir was absolutely fantastic to deal with! From start to finish. Company doesn't ship to Ireland, which was not a problem for me. I had arranged my own courier to collect furniture from company warehouse. And all communication with Muddasir was so efficient and easy. Thank you for your service! A++++++

Easy to order, good quality and easy to assemble. I have given only 4 stars as there is not much in the way of communication after the day you order (nothing for 8 working days) then an email to say the couriers had collected. The next email was the review. When I phoned they were very helpful and as promised I had a contact the following day from the courier. Apparently the courier contacts you in 3 days but I was unaware until I called.

Would not recommend. Damaged item received and a lot of hassle.
I am not happy with outcome- its a lesson learned.
My advice is:
read all the reviews, including mine, what does your gut instinct say?
research the company you are buying from - look up the shop in street view.
Check the company policy - ensure it meets your requirements - do you feel easy about it or do you have reservations?
If you are purchasing a large heavy item reflect on my experience? Do you want to/can you move a large heavy parcel about and unpack and rewrap it several times if necessary. They say items get damaged in transit - they provide replacement parts specifically for the items. How frequently, Is it a regular occurrence? You've paid out your hard earned cash for a new item in good faith? Do you want a slightly damaged item - will you be happy accepting it with money off?
Personally I wouldn't recommend - I have accepted their resolution, replacement parts but it has been a lot of hassle already and I am still in the process of resolving.
From a business perspective I would have thought replacing the item that had been damaged through no fault of myself, the customer, would have been a better option. At least good customer service would have been reported.
A damaged item could have been collected and sold as imperfect or given to community services as positive advertising.
Shouldn't they take the damage in transit up with the delivery company? Why is the customer who is paying good money for an item that arrives damaged paying? (If not financially, in time and effort).
Here is my account of the transaction.
Item arrived damaged, sent email with photos of damaged item to evidence how item was received.
No response to my email to acknowledge receipt of the email or to confirm the action they would take. Emailed again.
17.07.25 Response received advised they had responded previously- it wasn't received.
Their email queried damage shown in photos - requested I inspect all items in parcel - reopened resealed heavy parcel and took more photos - response sent with photos - damage to multiple panels on parcel corner.
17.7.25 Response received - advised quickest way to resolve -partial discount or I reopen package and provide part numbers and they will send replacement parts. Response sent - not acceptable.
Replacement requested and collection of damaged item.
17.7.25 Further response - replacement parts will allow product to be restored to a brand-new condition. Will not accept claim for full replacement as they assess minimal damage and still usable.
But I purchased a new, whole, undamaged item?
They understand reopening and getting part numbers might be slightly inconvenient and take time.
Alternatively partial refund offered.
Not acceptable. Responded - purchased the item as a whole product not by parts. Weight of box heavy and difficult to keep moving and repacking. No guarantee new parts will fit undamaged parts received.
Replacement requested or refund and they collect damaged goods.
18.7.25 - Response - reiterated they will:
- only replace parts (state me refusing to identify the parts is preventing the matter being resolved) or
-Partial refund and I keep damaged item.
- will offer return reference for me to arrange for a courier myself but they wont be liable for any additional damage and refund will only be issued once they have inspected item when it is received.
Unacceptable.
18.7.25 further communication received quoting company terms and conditions and stating only action they have requested from me is to confirm the part numbers - a minimal and reasonable requirement that is neither burdersome or unreasonable. Stated some of their orders do arrive with transit damage - 99% of those provide part numbers and accept replacement parts designed specifically for the items??? Advised me my request for full unit replacement is not proportionate. Replacement parts are provided free of charge?? If customer wishes to return the item despite the service - it's done at buyers cost. They do not arrange collections. Reiterated I can return the item via my own courier. States me refusing to reopen (a large damaged heavy parcel) to obtain part numbers is uncooperative and unjustified. I can hardly move it - this is now the third time I've opened and moved it!!! This is their final position.
I will be getting help to move parcel this time.

Don't loose heart - I've purchased other items of furniture for the room I've decorated - my experience with another company was amazing - totally different- I happily wrote them a review to tell others about my experience.
Quick despatch and delivery - but product awful
Quick despatch and delivery, however the drawers started falling apart within the first week, and are not fit for purpose.
