We recently bought a sofabed and garden furniture from this shop. The service is excellent and the quality of the items was superb. The ladies in the Kingswinford branch were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in giving us some great advice. The garden furniture was in stock and was delivered a couple of days later. The sofabed had a delivery of 12 weeks but came in 7 weeks. The delivery men were amazing. The sofabed was very heavy and it was a difficult route to the room. They managed to get it in with minimal fuss and were very careful not to cause any damage. Overall a very positive experience from a great local retailer, many thanks.

My brother recently purchased a bed and television table from the shop in Dudley Road Sedgley . Excellent experience and quality items .Bed and table delivered by Mark and Phil , very efficient and on time . We will definitely go back for more furniture in the future as really special to find such a good quality shop which goes the extra mile .

I ordered a fireplace and surround - the company went above and beyond to get this delivered to me when the delivery company lost half of it!

From customer service to the fireplace and surround quality, I was very impressed.

Twice item has been received damaged or of poor quality. Poor communication generally and we now await refund.

We ordered a corner sofa dining set and the table and first set of chairs went together really well, with no problems at all. However, the second set of chairs was completely different. There were strips of rattan underneath that had either not been trimmed or had not been woven in and left loose.
There was a hole that had sheared off at the side, meaning it was not a hole but a big gap that the bolt did not fasten into. All I could do was tighten it up as much as I dared to. There were a couple of holes that did not line up. For one of them, we had to improvise and have one of the bolts fastening up from the outside, leaving an unsightly bolt facing outwards, in clear view, at the bottom. All in all, not a great experience. We have spent over £900 on what we would not exactly call a ‘luxury’ piece of furniture.

I have emailed this company and sent them the above via their website and they did not even bother to respond.

Took delivery of many items all from this place today for my mother.
I can’t speak highly enough of the two delivery guys, Mark and Ed. My mother is elderly and lives alone, these two made this such a hassle free experience going above and beyond.
Such a friendly, helpful service where nothing is too much trouble.
Really, really happy with everything, kitting my mother out with furniture that she had sold, believing she was moving. It all fell through so we literally went to this shop and got everything she needed to make her house a home again. All at great prices and the staff are amazing. As usual a special mention to Gav at Sedgley for his help and advice with the furniture in store.
If you need great value furniture, service with a smile and people you can trust, this is the place to go.
We’ll be back in future and are never disappointed, thanks so much guys!

Fantastic value for money. Very quick next day free delivery. Helpful advice over the phone about measurements. The quality and finish of the oak effect mantelpiece was very good indeed and all this for only £99.99.

I’ve been and brought some patio furniture recently and it was delivered as agreed for free and the lads even helped me set it up.
Been back today and brought a table lamp. The service in the shop was excellent and the after sales service great too.

Great furniture shop. Plenty of ranges, fab quality and better prices than your high Street retailer. Would recommend.

I recently visited sedgley showroom looking for a rattan dining set to match a lounge set I had purchased during Covid the staff were really helpful and we decided on the twilight set which was delivered the following week by a lovely chap who was very friendly, all in all a great showroom with lovely stock and great staff. Highly recommend!!

Took delivery of our garden furniture today and we are over the moon with it but would just like to give a well deserved mention to the 2 delivery guys who went above (literally) and beyond to deliver it. 7 seater corner sofa set too large to get through our doors so they bought it over the side extension roof, no complaining from them, nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Thank you both so very much. Well worth a visit to the showroom, some lovely furniture items as well as lovely accessories and all reasonably priced.

I recently paid a visit to Furniture For The Home.(Not my first visit I must add) I was looking for a wardrobe & chest of drawers.
Unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock but they went above & beyond to find me something similar.
Well I loved the alternative better than the original one.
You will not be disappointed of anything you purchase off this company. I have purchased quite a few items, all top quality & reasonably priced.
Such friendly members of staff & swift delivery too. I cannot recommend these people enough.
On previous visits I’ve purchased Rattan Tuscany garden furniture, umbrella & large rattan cushion box all top quality.
I’ve also brought lamps & ornaments.
The stock they have in their two stores is beautiful.

Staff patient and helpful in the shop, and worked to get us a delivery that suited. However, the quality of the products here weren't fantastic. The table began to bubble and peel quite quickly after one of our children spilled a drink. The chairs didn't even last 12 months. So although I'm not totally put off, I think ikea furniture is better value!

Quality furniture, had a number of items over the past couple of years. Very pleased with quality. Staff are lovely. Call into Sedgley store often.

Great store with loads of choice, had lots of things from sofas to mirrors and everything we have had has been great quality. Staff are friendly and very helpful they can’t do enough for you. Purchased a rattan furniture set recently from the sedgley branch. Absolutely first class service. No pushy sales people. Delivery took place 4 days after order. Really good value. Looking forward to the summer now to be able to use it.
