Purchased a rattan furniture set recently from the sedgley branch. Absolutely first class service. No pushy sales people. Delivery took place 4 days after order. Really good value. Looking forward to the summer now to be able to use it.

Wish I'd read these reviews, and I wouldn't have wasted my time with this company. I ordered a desk, and they took the payment, but when I hadn't heard anything after a few days, I tried emailing and left a couple of phone messages when I eventually got hold of them they gave me the same waffle as some others saying it was the last one in the warehouse and it was damaged so they have cancelled the order and refunded my money. This sounds a lot like a money laundering scam to me. I'd advise to steer clear.

Amazing service from the team, Theresa was very knowledgeable about the rattan furniture and excellent value - best around. Delivery was quick an efficient and I honestly can’t recommend enough.

The company can't even keep track of theire own stock. Items listed in multiple places Ebay, Amazon etc all showing stock. Ordered direct from the website as the price was slightly cheaper to get a phone call saying sorry they only have one left and when they checked prior to delivery most of the bits are missing. Full of excuses for not updating theire stock levels or keeping track of theire stock states.
At least they did check before delivery but from my experience i'd say completely unprofessional and poorly run wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Purchased a wardrobe through their website, which was discounted and cheaper than their eBay store.

I received a message from their customer service team advising that they are unable to deliver the item as it is "too large" for couriers to ship. Also due to their long distance delivery driver no longer working for the company.

The order was promptly cancelled from their end and refunded.

I have an ecommerce background and deal with multichannel fulfilment centres myself. We sell large items, in excess of 30kg and know there are couriers that will deliver such items, but at a higher cost.

Instead of ensuring the customer is happy and arranging for a courier to deliver, they have left me high and dry, without the expected item.

My fab patio parasol arrived today very prompt service, exactly as described, extremely pleased! Good quality product and have seen the same one in a garden centre recently that was £40 more so l feel l’ve had good value for money, Thank you very much it is perfect for the job intended!

Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a breakfast bar stool and they sorted it out very quickly free of charge. Highly recommend it.
