Was very nervous about buying this offline sight unseen. However, the quality is great. Just the right amount of cushiness and sturdiness. Feels soft. The size is perfect for my large living room. We got the ottoman for the kids and they love it. The color has a little more gray than black but it matches my decor. Happy with my purchase.

The bar stools are of good quality. The only issue I would have was on two of the stools there are little nicks on two of the arms resulting in small white spots standing out, but that is fine as I have furniture markers that are coincidentally the same color so took care of them. The stools are sturdy and cushions are very comfortable. Very happy with the purchase and the furniture delivery company were exceptionally polite and helpful. Great great experience. Thank you

The customer service was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the kitchen nook I bought. It arrived promptly and in good condition. My experience was that it takes at least two people to assemble the pieces but, when completed, looks great in my kitchen area. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good price. Dresser did arrive with a small chip on the bottom leg. It appeared fine in the packaging, but upon opening it up, we found this. This may be from the manufacturer and not the Furniture pick issue.

This is a great place to shop. I would do this again they were very professional they delivered on time. I would always give them five star.

i placed order 2,000 couch paid extra 15(white glove service) 2/29/24 never got any emails for shipping or tracking numbers, had to call and get all updates called 3/11 was told couch arrived and going through QC checks and will get email for delivery by end of week , never got any email or call. called back 3/18 and asked for delivery date and was told 3/26/24 , day comes and no couch or call or email. i called same day to find my couch and was told delivery date is now an estimated next week or following week and the agent wouldn't tell me why and got rude when asked more questions about my order and when asked to speak with manager he was even worst than his employee before him. (couldn't give me a exact date , and my home is in PA 1hr & 15 mins away from there warehouse btw). long story short i had to pickup my own couch and wasn't compensated for the miscommunications and inconvenience cause by them. worst customer service if i could do 0 stars i would, and not to mention there qc check is counting boxes received not actually checking couch , i had to modify multiple pieces to get parts to fit , overall worst experience ever and will never return or rec for anyone.

Everything was good and excellent until the white glove delivery service we paid to have the couch delivered inside. White glove is a joke. They shoved the furniture through doors, damaging walls and also scrapped couch through the doors...
