. X zng staying in a mate's shed in my swag so decided to buy a new bed and mattress took 4 to 5 days to get here and was delivered to my ex-wife house it's been nearly 2 weeks now since I received the first parcel only half the bed turned up so I can't even have a good night sleep.

Please confirm when you can pick up the incorrect product and replace with the correct ASAP!

I have put in an order for a bed and mattress on 23 March, order 1894. I have emailed a few times about tracking numbers or estimated delivery. So far, I have not received any reply.

My bed came really quickly after I ordered I. The bed is in immaculate condition and is everything the pictures depict. The only issue is the instructions are not very informative, it took 2 hours to set it up.

Fast delivery and excellent price. Tricky to put together as instructions are hard to follow. Very good quality for such a low price. Looks great and is sturdy.

We are incredibly happy with our purchase. The bed functions, looks and features everything it says it does at an excellent price. Great for our spare room for when guests stay. The lift up frame for additional storage is a must have.

Item arrived in seperate deliverys scattered over 2 weeks. Final parts still not arrived. Might as well post one screw at a time.

Great service, Great Price, from order to delivery was a week (through a covid lock down also)....only negative was no email to say it was shipped or any warning of when it was going to arrive.

Love my new bed base . Had the best sleep. But even though it cam with in the 10 day delivery time out was a too long a wait for me as i have back issues .
But other wise it's great Thank you

The bed had few damages on the leather it really looks bad when u buy something new also the bed on the ads is a queen size bed bad i got here a double queen bed which is smaller and the mattress does nt fit anymore at least they should write the right informations to let us buy the right things

Boxes all arrived days apart from each other. Gas lift struts didnt work. Had to drill holes in the bedframe as they didn't line up. Lucky my husband is a carpenter. Emailed the company and they insinuated we were installing incorrectly. Showed them a video of the seized struts. Still left with a bed that doesn't work as it should with no resolution from furniture savings.

Ordered between Christmas and New Year and was delivered in record time ! Very easy to assemble as well

So easy to order and quick with delivery, even during Christmas holidays. Product was exactly as described

Delivery was fast for interstate, furniture was cheap by price but not by quality. I was dubious with buying from the internet and a flat pack has lift bed frame but am really very pleased with the outcome.
