I think you need to provide a much more…
I think you need to provide a much more accessible line of communication by providing a phone number and also take a bit more of a proactive approach to dealing with courier issues. My order was left outside, uncovered and unattended while I was at work with no effort being made to contact me and arrange a time or an indication of when it would arrive. Only half my order was there and now I’m unsure if some packages were stolen or if I’m still waiting for the rest to arrive. I’ll be following this up and will be recommending strongly that people go else where for their furniture.

I am still waiting to receive the rest of my bed.... half my order arrive but not the rest I ordered 4weeks ago delivery was lastweek but my whole order was not although the tracking numbers said I would receive all my order so not very happy as if paid for it and I'm still sleeping on the floor what are yous going to do to fix problem ?

Disappointed
Delivery was extremely fast however the product (bed) had lots of chips in the wood of the frame and buckled teeth on the screws. Also the fabric on the bed head side pieces was frayed when we opened the boxes.
