Easy to online order..prompt shipping...love the bed i purchased...i purchased a double gas lift bed...i received the bedhead i week then the following week received the rest of the bed...the only problem I found with the bed is the struts to lift the bed dont work they are stiff...

I was very pleased with the service
I was very pleased with the service. The package arrived promptly.
Unfortunately it was a flat pack (as expected) but there were no assembly instructions in the box.
It took me a while to workout which part went where and what bolt was for each section.

I have missing parts for the bed! I already sent an email through the website and no one has got back to me ! If no one is going to help me to send the rest of the parts to me I will request a full refund !!!!

The bed arrived today
The bed arrived today, it was packaged nicely with no damage on arrival.
I was able to put the bed together myself with tools provided.
And the bed looked exactly like the pictures on the website.
