One of the items that I recently bought…
One of the items that I recently bought was not available to be delivered on January 2 as it is out of stock, I had changed my mind and opt for another style which is $70 more than the previous items, guess what? they waived the $70... for this they got my 2 thumbs up. The only thing that I am not really happy was: the item was delivered earlier than the requested date, in which i didnt even get my key yet.

Arrived so quickly
Arrived so quickly! The instructions were pretty difficult to decipher but we used the photos on the site as well which helped. Cat trees can be really expensive but this is great value. It's the tallest one I've seen and was only $150. Very happy with the purchase.
