Disappointed

I’m incredibly disappointed with the quality of this bed. The instructions were so hard to follow & the bed head isn’t as tall as the picture . The bed head also isn’t very sturdy.

Sorry to hear your disappointment Sarah, I suggest you check the screws are tightened to the bedhead. We have not previously had any issues with the sturdiness of this bed. I was on the fence

As I was on the fence, you offered me a further 10% discount which swayed me to purchase. The cat tower was delivered 8 days after purchase

My honest experience with furniture…

My honest experience with furniture savings hasn't been good so far . Furniture savings told me my shipment of my son's bed was on its way and was shipped out on the 3rd February , it's now the 11th of February and I believe the shipment is coming from victoria of which I'm in the same state

I can’t review the furniture because…

I can’t review the furniture because after ensuring someone was there to take delivery the driver didn’t even try to locate the address just turned around and took it to Aus post so now, with a recently ruptured ACL I have to arrange to pick it up....... really disappointed 😔
