Went to purchase furniture for a new house and everything was easy and delivery went as promised. Given lotsof options and listened to what we wanted, liked and didnt like.

Phoenix was great stayed with me the whole time answered my questions took the time to know what I liked and my price range as well. Did not try to push any sale on me. Thank You Phoenix I will be a return customer

Found exactly what we were looking for. Price was good and our sales person Victoria was terrific.

I bought a 6 drawer dresser for over $300.00 when I picked up and took home and opened it 3 of the 6 drawers was busted luckily I lived 5 mins away so I loaded it back up went back to the store . Before leaving this time a open the next dresser right at the store ... that one had major scratches on the front. So they found another (3rd time is a charm I guess) we open that one as well everything checked out ok..upon taking it home I realized the handles were plastic and the wood was a low grade..all and all it was not worth the money I paid I could've went to a 2nd hand store and found a relationship wooden dresser for 100.00 I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN ..IF YOU BUY ANYTHING OPEN IT THERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

We haven't visited the store in a long time. The layout of the store was entirely different. We were met by consultant Victoria Brewton. She shows us the entire store to look for a dresser in our price range. Victoria shows us also a dining room set that we may purchase later. She was friendly and very helpful and we won't hesitate to visit Furniture USA again.

Salesman was very kind and helpful.Worked very hard to get the bed we wanted.

My fiance and I purchased a bedroom set. It came in two weeks we put it all together and loved it until we realized they gave us the wrong size headboard. We called they said two weeks called again to check in now I have to wait three weeks. So my fiance and I have been sleeping on our mattress on the floor for two weeks. I am very upset and unhappy with the fact they sent me the wrong stuff and I have no wait now a total of 5 weeks to set up my bedroom. We will see what happens when it gets here. However their staff is very polite and I really liked how nice they were helping us resolve the issue. Just wish it was in a more timely manner considering they messed it up.

Prices of the furniture beat anywhere in the area . However, while trying to pick up my couch, I had 3 different people give me 3 different dates of arrival (1 week then then following week then "by the end of the month") I was then told not to drive to the store because the couch wasn't there. Drove there anyways because I was originally told it would be there and there it was! No one seemed to know what they were talking about.

I had a wonderful time looking at all the furniture and deciding what to buy. The sales reps. were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy there again.

but sometime it's better off to not follow the customer around

Daniel Valdez of Furniture USA Sacramento is so kind to help and assist us in our needs. He is always pleasant to talk to, very warm in every encounter we had, and prompt with all our inquiries. As new home owners with mixed emotions and stress, he let us took our time to think about our options. With regards to delivery, Aaron and Qadeez were very nice and took great care of the furnitures as they installed it.

The customer service at furniture USA was excellent the delivery service was excellent if I need any more furniture I will definitely shop at furniture USA.

Bought 2 recliners. Took them home same day. Happy
