Excellent
I was very pleased with the service I received with our order. It was a fast and easy process. The delivery was in a timely manner and day of service was great.
New bed
I went to buy a bed but didn't know what type to get. I met Robert go and he was very helpful. His custermer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. I difenetly will shop at furniture use.
They want something for nothing!
I paid for a couch set from them and the next morning found the same set, just different design for $100 cheaper with the ottoman. I asked if they would match the price, but told me that the furniture was cheaper quality but I went to the other store and manager should the furniture quality the same. Furniture wouldn't refund my money back to my credit card wanted to charge me a restocking fee of approximately $161, but had not even brought the sectional to me, said that it would cost for them to call and cancel the order. Then Qua said he would put in the ottoman that was free with the furniture store but I would now have to pay for my delivery. Didn't want the sectional wanted to cancel, but Qua refused to cancel my order without charging me a restocking fee. I will never buy anything there again. Be careful what you sign, read the fine print. Crooks............

I have made several purchases at furniture USA. They are great people over there. Very nice and prices vary for different types of household income. Since living in Sacramento, this is the only place I buy furniture from. Kenny, Frank and Sandy were awesome!!! Very professional and at the same time down to earth kinda people!!!😊 By the way, if you have a repeat customer that spends over a thousand bucks a visit, throw in a 25 dollar lamp. It wont put you out of business😇
They did everything we asked.
All parts of the sale went well. The salesman new his stuff and was able to accommodate our special needs. Delivery people were nice well dressed and did what we needed.

Professional Response, Great Quality Furniture, however process/delivery issues
Sales team was professional. Customer service is courteous and professional. Products are great. The delivery schedule however, with little/no guarantee on delivery time really aggravated us. We were told several times that the furniture was coming "next week". Came weeks later and only after we gave heavy complaints and nagging. When furniture arrived, we were very pleased, except for that one part of the process.
Ken is the most professional furniture tycoon on the planet
If you don't won't that cheap thin discount box store furniture but that price looks good stop just go to Ken and get a price on quality furniture just ask for that discount I bought a mattress and Ken through in a bedroom set for 300 more wow
Not satisfy
We didn't get our furniture on time, they told us to wait 2 weeks and we wait almost 4 weeks, they didn't call us until I called.
Inconsistent
It was a wonderful buying experience, it just took 8 weeks to get a response to schedule service.
Plethora of furniture
Lots of choices, nicely displayed, helpful customer service employees, conveniently located, we would shop here again.

Although I was referred to your STORE for my Mattress, I was totally misled for the Mattress that was sold to me."
Originally when I came into your Store, I explained to your Salesman very concisely that I wanted a Mattress that would last, and one that would be conducive for my Body type.
Now here it is just a little over 6 Months later, and I am already tossing and turning on this Mattress because I can feel the (Springs) poking into my lower Pelvis, and into my Elbows when I to turn over.
I have (Never) experienced the type of dissatisfaction after purchasing a Mattress this soon after buying it." Especially for the price that I paid, and being told that the Mattress was New...!!!!!
In my Eye's, for the ware that this Mattress is (ALREADY) displaying, there is NO WAY in Heck that sold to me as a New one..."Absolutely No Way Possible."
This was a very poor act of Customer manipulation and misleading representation just to make the sell. And it was made in very poor taste."
In all honesty, if I had the time I would go down to Channel 13 and ask (Kurtis) to make this known to the public, and actually show how (WORN) this Mattress actually is in the SHORT time that I have had it!!!! And it was supposed to be New."
