ordered 2 beds never received

This company is absolutely horrific! I ordered 2 beds on Dec 1st, and they STILL haven’t arrived. I’ve send 4 emails and zero response. I have never come across a company with such terrible reviews and it is absolutely no surprise. Stay as far away as you can from this place. I found the exact same bed on chewy and they arrived in 2 days.

Ordered an xxl bed on Nov 27 and has not arrived!!! Sent emails. Only on reply, which was that my email was received…. Sent many and no other response!!!

Havent received an email back regarding where my XXL Furry Bed is or if its even shipped! Absolutely frustrating. I got a bed on Black Friday, ordered it from either a fb advertisement link or from my emails they send out religiously. I am disputing the charges today.

Terrible product and service!
Do not waste your money.Delivery takes a long long time. Even if you follow the washing instructions the stuffing come out of the bed because the stitching is weak. BEWARE!!! I think they change the company name to Mushy Beds

I received countless advertisements for this dog bed. I ordered it for my very aging pet. It hasn’t arrived and in checking tracking it hasn’t been shipped. I tried to reach them through email multiple times / no luck. Cancelling my order through credit card and buying a similar bed at a store for same price!

Awful company. Order elsewhere. You should see the wrapping the bed came in… I don’t see an option to post a pic otherwise I would.

Same experience as others here. Seems ok at first but arrived with a hole in the seam. Bottom padding is almost non existent. No washing instructions. Tried to contact them in many ways but no response. My advice is to choose another company.

Purchased a bed for our dog from this company. Bed came in 2 weeks which is great, the quality was amazing; however, I ordered and paid for a XL and I received a large. I immediately emailed the company, I provided a pic of my invoice and a photo with measurements to show I recieved the wrong size (there's no sizes on the bed or packaging) so I could exchange. To my surprise, no reply, days passed, I emailed again, and again... very poor customer service! It has been almost a month and still nothing, so we're stuck with a dog bed we can't use!

It took a long time to get our "furry bed" and my dog sniffed it and walked away. My beef with this company is the $28+ I have been hit with monthly. AMEX checked it out and they were told I signed up for this. My cell phone had nothing to check, indicating I wanted this. Couldn't get my money back from AMEX so I also am one of the Screwees!

TOTAL Scam

Bought 2 XXL beds for our dogs. They did arrive. Within less than 1 mo, one of the beds came apart and began to shed the inside stuffing EVERYWHERE. After multiple emails to the company for resolution and receiving no reply, I got an email informing me of a $5 credit on my account. Their solution to a product that fell apart was a $5 credit, as if I'd ever buy anything else from them! STAY AWAY!!! NOT a quality product!!

Not only did I have to wait for delivery or better yet never received a response to my emails until I threatened to dispute the charge then they shipped them. Finally received 3 of them that I spent $80 on and they are the worst purchase I have ever made. Don’t buy this bed not even one. I am throwing them in the garbage they are not even good enough for the shelter. 🤬

I ordered 2-beds one XL and one XXL they are soft and furry they have absolutely no bottom padding and what is there is very lumpy so I ended up buying a XL pillow bed and a XXL pillow bed to put under these my Beagle loves hers now but all my Springer does is sniff it and walks away certainly not at all what they advertise as far as I'm concerned was a waste of money .

My mum order a bed from Furybeds from a link advertised on Facebook for our very much loved old westie, he has lived with my mum for the past 8 years, as he became sick and mum couldn't care for him he moved in with me. These guys took the money, while tracking the delivery the info and website disappeared after a couple of days. This has left my mum so so upset, at a time where she's already heartbroken and missing her wee man. She doesn't have £50 to waste, more so she feels foolish and silly. I honestly don't know how these people live with themselves. This has Completely ruined what we wanted as a peaceful transition and made a really hard time for my mum so much worse.

I ordered XXL dark grey for my boxer....although it took more than two weeks to receive, once it came my boy loves it.

I know this is for dogs but I bought the XXL dark grey bed for my furry friend. He says it’s comfortable and sleeps on it every other night. His mom yells at him if he stays inside too long. I dunno how shady the company is but I’ll give it a good rating.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered the beds and was given a “special offer” of a car seat cover for £40 which I ordered. That was months ago and I’ve not seen the car seat cover or my £40 again despite trying to contact the company many times.

My black lab puppy did not like his new bed. it wasn't for anxiety he destroyed it. with little stuffing how could he lay on it. you can feel the floor.

Well, despite the bad reviews I ordered my XL dog bed for my Pitbull. It took a little while to receive the bed so I looked at the reviews. There’s been nothing but bad, so I was concerned I would never receive it. But I did, and my dog absolutely loves it. She has a bed that she’s had for years and now she chooses the new one over the old, 99% of the time. It’s safe to say, she loves it.

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered and XL for our Rottweiler, and received a small. This was after waiting for over a month for it to arrive! I have had no response from "customer service." This company is horrible. Do NOT waste your money!
