Furrybed 

Ordered an XL for a Doberman and well let just say that I did receive it and well....My cat loves it. Guess they dont know there sizes!!!!! Of course no one returned emails or calls. Oh well DO NOT ORDER!!!!

If I could rate 1 star I would, absolutely BULLSH*T of a company, ordered a bed for my dog on April 30th still not received 14 days later. Was given a tracking number and so far my order has been shipped from China to Canada then to the UK from there over to the USA and now is back in China, 7 emails sent and no reply. Im guessing im never getting it A BULLSH*T company!!!

Literally a bed you can buy from a dollar store. And took forever to get! Also they only shipped one of the two I ordered!

I ordered a large for my pup, but that bed is much smaller than a large. Requested an exchange, still have not heard back. It took a while to get it, too. When I inquired as to status, they said it was in transit but the tracking information was never updated - come to find out it came FROM CHINA. That's why it takes so long . . . I fear I am stuck with a $40 'pillow' for my dog, not a bed. It's not a fluffy as in those pictures they post in their website and put together sloppy, as if rushed to make. Buy from someone else, STATESIDE!

I have placed 2 orders and was given a tracking# to make me think it's on it's way. It hasn't even shipped yet. I have sent several email messages and phoned ( you can only leave a message) and still have not heard back from anyone. The website looks great full of outstanding reviews but I am learning quickly they may be scam artists.
I should have checked Trustpilot first!

DO NOT purchase anything from this company! They will take your money & you will never see a bed or hear from them again! Please do your research, I did not do mine & now I'm out for 2 beds & the cost to cancel my debit card so they wouldn't try to take out any more money.... Thank God I have a wonderful attorney who just loves stuff like this!!!! So hopefully I can stop them before anyone else gets taken for a ride!

Awful product! it was no bigger or as thick as a throw rug. the dog hates it!!

Awful company. Will not respond. My sister and I both ordered beds and it's months later and nothing. Disputed with my credit card and will eventually get my money back.

Complete scam. Bed didn't arrive although they were very quick to take my money. Didn't reply to calls or emails. Frightening that they get away with it. It's now 4 months later and still no need.

I ordered 2 items and only received one. Have submitted a bunch of customer service tickets, emailed, posted on socials - nothing. Report this company on Trust Pilot and on their Facebook page for poor service! It's apparently the only thing the consumer can do!

I ordered an XL bed for my dog in early February 2021. As of today's date (March 23, 2021) we still have not received it. I have emailed the company a couple of times and they respond with a standard email about it taking approximately 21 business days to arrive. 21 business days is absurd but we are well past that time frame now. DO NOT buy from this company.

Update: the bed arrived more two months after I ordered it. It’s small (for a size large) but it’s comfy and my dog likes resting her head on it. I’ve updated my review to three stars from one. That delivery delay is ridiculous.

Ordered a dog bed about two months ago and haven’t received it. The company has stopped responding to my emails. Tracking on the package showed no movement for weeks. I’m starting think this was a scam.

Terrible company, they were on hand to answer my question to make a purchase. I ordered a small bed for my dog. I received an XL... I have left numerous emails, the phone number is somewhere in America - no chance I'm calling, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order the XXL bed for my Boxer and I have sent numerous emails called left message and even did the help. Know one answers the phone or email and they have already taken my money. Did not order from this company. If they cannot get back to you with 24 hours then something is not on the up and up with this company.

I ordered a Large 28" bed for our 30 lb Frenchie. It's a perfect size. I ordered on Dec 7 and received it on Jan 15. I also ordered a blanket but it did NOT arrive with my order. I have emailed and am waiting to hear back. The bed is very light weight and lightly padded. There was a hole on the inside seam. With that said, I put it inside the dog crate on top of another padding. Our puppers snuggled right into it and looks pretty cozy.

I wish I checked here first... I ordered 2 'Furrybed' on the 11th Dec and all I get with the tracking number is 'Its in transit' call the number and no one ever answers. Emails are never answered. But still receiving emails from them to buy more... Don't buy from this website!
