Received my Malibu garden furniture

Received my Malibu garden furniture. This is the most gorgeous furniture that I have ever seen. The color and the quality is perfect. The wait time was long but definitely worth it.

Very unhappy customer & still no refund 18th Sept … please let me know what I need to do to get my refund 😡

I ordered a table and chairs for my kitchen dinner.
After 3 failed delivery dates numerous messages on chat and calls … the table and chairs were finally delivered!
But I was sent the wrong chairs.
Again after a number of messages and calls I agreed to accept a credit. I was told this may take up to a week .
You guest it after now calls , chat and even emails I’m still waiting for my credit and this is now not been paid for over 3 weeks !!!
I can not express how unhappy I am with the service and if I could give 0 stars I would ..
As of 23rd Aug I still have not received my refund again after a number of emails and tried to speak to someone but the phone is never answered and can’t leave a message …
I will continue to update this review until I receive my refund. 😡
Now the 27th Aug …. Still no refund!

I have now been contacted by email and asking me to contact my bank … but as I ordered on the 4th June they have said to contact the supplier.
How hard can it be to send a refund with all the payment options we have these days ?? Just wish I’d have paid by credit card instead of debit card .
29th Aug … still no refund!
Still no refund and now the 4th Sept 😡
Still no refund … now the 7th sept! !!! This in just ridiculous now no communication and tried calling … still can’t leave a message! Please let me know what I need to do to get my refund 😡😡😡😡

I genuinely think this company is a…

I genuinely think this company is a complete fraud - I doubt they have any actual products. They have failed to show at 7 different dates they offered. I demanded a refund, which ultimately they agreed to, and have now been told that no refund can be given for weeks because of 'delays';. They have stolen £2k from me - don't use them.

Waited for 8 weeks for my bed

Waited for 8 weeks for my bed. I do understand that the company have had problems with delivery company etc. the bed is lovely and is worth the wait. Would recommend

fraudulent company


This is a fraudulent company. Do not buy. I have ordered Dinning table with chairs they have send a wrong item after 4 weeks and so many calls and follow up i have cancelled the order and it’s been 3 months still now they haven’t refunded the money back with no communication that they weren’t coming up

No contact customer service number, blocked off the online “ customer service” messenger service online and no response to email.

Save your money, Don’t buy any items from Furvell they are fraud and scam
Please don’t do what I did and ignore the mixed reviews as this company is not real and is a scam!! The worst customer service I have ever received.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE -BE WARNED!

I was due a delivery on 13th August for a marble table ,it want delivered I then went onto look at reviews and was horrified to see lots of customers going through the same thing, but wanted to give them a second chance ,I put a review on to say I was not happy .Natalie then called me and said I was scheduled another delivery and suggested I take the review off ,which I did as I thought the table might come …to my surprise the table still didn’t arrive I gave them until the afternoon and gave up waiting, I then tried to call them (the mailbox was full) I then sent them an email to say I was cancelling my order .
I got in touch with klarna and they investigated for me ALWAYS pay by KLARNA if I didn’t I wouldn’t have had my money back . I don’t believe they had any intention of delivering my table at all .NEVER shop with this company they take your money and LIE about deliveries and I have never experienced a company like them,I now have a new table from elsewhere and the service was so much better .FURVELL be honest to your customers

LISTEN TO ME…

LISTEN TO ME….

This is a fraudulent company. Do not buy.
Several cancelled “ delivery dates” with no communication that they weren’t coming?!
No contact customer service number, blocked off the online “ customer service” messenger service online and no response to email.
Offered 2-3 week delivery, still haven’t recieved 6+ weeks later.
Save your money, as we are now in a dispute with PayPal and have managed to get our money back.
You can buy just as great furniture from your big homeware stores..
Please don’t do what I did and ignore the mixed reviews as this company is not real and is a scam!! The worst customer service I have ever received.
I have been so distraught as needed the furniture for a new home/30th party and have recieved 0 furniture, 0 customer service and 0 apology!!

Please trust this review and do not shop here!

I have paid this company in full and…

I have paid this company in full and have now waited over 7 weeks for my product, I have has 3 delivery dates and today was my 3rd still waiting and no reply to my emails or the suppose online live chat I will be reporting this to trading standards

Buy from another retailer

I can echo other 1 Star reviews of failed delivery, lots of promises and now 16 days and waiting for a refund after cancelling my order (promised 5 to 7 days). Beware, at best this is a very poorly run company. You will be likely regret buying from them. I will post again on updates regarding my refund.

True honest review ( not like Furvell…

True honest review ( not like Furvell who take your money don’t deliver or get a refund. I pre ordered on the 22nd may outdoor furniture £1,199.20 I was told delivery middle of June no contact from them so I emailed First lie the shipment didn’t arrive the next one delivery would be around 17th August which I didn’t want to wait that long as we wanted the furniture for a family gathering. I asked for a refund which they said would take 5/7 working days that was over a month ago Ive been chasing my refund every week the excuses they have given are all lies finally today the email was as follows we are having card processor difficulties so call your bank and as for a charge back. Today Ive got the bank involved not sure if I will get my money back. PLEASE do not buy from this disgusting company you will NOT get your goods or refund I’ve tried to put a review on thier website but it won’t allow me I really hope this review helps overs

Wrong chairs delivered

Ordered in may. And paid Delivered the wrong colour chairs I ordered silver ones gold ones came still waiting for the silver ones to be delivered keep getting delivery dates and then they cancel them last minute or just don’t turn up. Terrible customer service. Do not use!

Poor service

Furniture is great!
Trying to get through to company was a nightmare. Didn’t always get responses to emails .No updates unless chased. Numerous let down on delivery dates. Would not use company again, as they use 3rd party delivery cos and don’t respond . Such a shame because the furniture is lovely!

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to anybody.They kept changing delivery dates despite sending emails and speaking to them through there online chats they gave numerous excuses as to why delivery dates were changed.
I informed them I wanted to cancel the order and asked for a refund and was going to contact PayPal. They then promised to refund the money which was actually over £1200 they didn't when I told them I had read the reviews on there website and was disturbed by the negative comments regarding orders not being delivered and dates changed all the time they promised to refund the payment
The payment then showed as a refund pending on my PayPal account however a week later PayPal contacted me to say the refund failed.
I contacted PayPal who informed me that company had actually cancelled the payment before it left their account.
I raised a case with PayPal who sted I was covered due to paying through PayPal and they would work to get my money refunded.
I wouldn't advise anybody to use this company and if you decide to use them read the reviews about them and then decide I wish I had before i placed the order and paid my money to them.

Another company happy to take your money then doesn't deliver

Another company happy to take your money but doesn't want to refund.
Contacted Furvell prior to making a purchase to confirm delivery date. Was told to purchase asap so my item could be put on the delivery run on 25th July...and then it didn't arrive.
Cancelled order because it wasn't delivered on the date they said. Fed me a pack of lies that someone had tried to contact me abd left me a message due to delivery issues - which they hadn't.
I have now been chasing my refund for 2 weeks and keep getting fobbed off by Natalie with the same response - she will check with accounts...then doesn't get back to me. I wonder if accounts are having problems processing new orders or whether the issue is just with refunds?! I don't know how these companies get away with what they're doing. Daylight robbery.

Honestly I wish I came on trustpilot…

Honestly I wish I came on trustpilot before my purchase to see the reviews, I only checked google and saw no negative comments. My experience has been a nightmare I ordered on 23 June and I had to ask them when my delivery was then they told me a date in July then no show I complained then they said August 1st week again no show, I called lines don’t work, you have to send an email, then I went on their website to use the live chat they didn’t respond to me. The 3rd delivery that they said they will deliver is also a no show. I have never experienced a company this useless I actually believe there is a scam involved somewhere. After paying over £1000 for furniture.

I bought my dining table and chairs from Furvell 4 months ago they send after 3 months but damaged still waiting for the coffee tables I must say to everyone please keep away avoid them I call them so many times send them emails no answer I would take further action now through to my solicitors to get my money back after I wasted so much time
