DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY CANT GIVE 0 STARS

Delivery got cancelled twice then on the 3rd delivery arrived at midnight was supposed to have till service where it was all put together and take away packaging but just put it in the room where I wanted it and said someone will be here at 10am to put together as we only do the delivery’s surprise no one arrives been trying to get hold of company via email and live chat but again surprise no one from the company has got back to me I had to pay someone to come and put it together as I cannot do it and then find out they delivered the wrong size table PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE RING ME SO SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE

They put in their response. They are having problems will contact me within 48 hours that was 2024 now it’s May 2025 still not contacted me PLEASE AVOID IT ALL COSTS

This is farad company i ordered dinning…

This is farad company i ordered dinning table with chairs and after 4 months of tracking them i received wrong order this company teased me alot.i called thousand of time but no answer sometime a lady pick up call and she is very rude .They said to give me refund but now they refuse to give refund this is farad company please stay away from this they are just taking money from people govt should take action against this company

Dreadfull customer service

Dreadfull customer service ! We were promised our outdoor furniture 4 weeks ago! Everytime we chased our order, they would promise us a new date! Again we still haven’t received our order! Not sure when they’re thinking of delivering it us! I suppose when summer is over and we wont actually need our outdoor furniture!! I wouldn’t waste my time and order from this company ! It’s unprofessional to say the least !

Honestly my worse experience ever when…

Honestly my worse experience ever when ordering furniture. Had my delivery rescheduled on 4 separate occasions only to be told at the end that the colour I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore.
Waste of my time.

Awful company

Awful company, taken my money and not delivering the correct order, they give a delivery date and then keep on cancelling by making excuses, there are so many better companies with proper stores selling the same product, not even refunding my promised £99 , please don’t buy anything from this fraudulent company, they are still messing me around

Ordered a dining table on the 21 June…

Ordered a dining table on the 21 June and was advised three weeks delivery .since then iv been given three different dates .each date no delivery just another delivery date to follow .it’s been 6 weeks .awful customer service .wish I’d read the reviews before hand .I will be requesting a refund today .
Iv spoke with trading standards today and they have advised me to inform anyone else having the same issues ,to give them a call .
It’s now the 2 august I was told again yesterday my delivery would arrive and without a doubt ,it didn’t .then again today .absolute shambles of a so called company .please don’t make the same mistake I did and order before reading the reviews .you will not get your furniture .I got rid of the furniture in my living room to make space for my delivery that wasn’t even coming .please guys do not order from here .

DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY, they failed to deliver my furniture after promising 2 dates, their communication is poor, they lied and fobbed me off, had to take up a dispute with PayPal and luckily I won in my favour so had a full refund from PayPal

AVOID AVOID AVOID DONW WAIST YOUR MONEY

Excellent customer service and lovely…

Excellent customer service and lovely quality furniture set. We did wait three weeks but in fairness we were told that at the start. The delivery was going to be a day late for our 18 year olds birthday party we contacted Furvell through online chat and they did everything for it to arrive in the morning 🙏😊🙌.
The set was well packed and included everything!

Will definitely use this company again in the future. They are a small company by the looks of things so have a little patience as in fairness prices are great.

Furvells response to my previous reviews is nothing more than I would expect from such a company. I did not “bestow a barrage of abuse” to any staff at any time nor did I “verbally abuse” the very nice delivery driver who unfortunately had a long wasted journey back to Birmingham, but in the words of Natalie when I expressed my concern was “He’s been paid to do it!” I will also reiterate the reason I refused delivery was not because the coffee table was missing but for the fact I was given parts from TWO different sofa sets that did not match! I have photos to prove & will happily upload if required.
I always treat people with the same dignity & respect I would expect to be treated with myself and would not lower myself to Furvells standards. We both know who is telling the truth!

You purchased a high quality aluminium framed garden furniture set from us at clearance price, and unfortunately due to issues with the courier your delivery failed. We are very sorry that this happened but unfortunately when you are relying on external couriers there is always a chance that something might go wrong. Although we do try our best to get it right first time, when it doesn’t we work our hardest to make sure that the issue is resolved quickly and efficiently. In your case, and due to the barrage of abuse you bestowed upon our staff, we hired a 3rd party courier at the cost of half the price you’d paid for the set to make sure it got to you. This was the last set we had in that style as the one you ordered was still with the courier who failed your delivery. The set arrived and you weren’t happy with it as the coffee table was missing, which we could have sent out with the parcel courier on a next day delivery service. Instead you verbally abused the driver who had driven several hours to get to you, and also Natalie who called you try and calm you down. You refused delivery and were refunded immediately. I am happy to hear that you have found another furniture set to your satisfaction, I only hope you treat the staff at John Lewis with more dignity and respect if something goes wrong.

Easy to order from the website

Easy to order from the website. Good price for the furniture. A lot of choice and the set I ordered is lovely. Great colour, easy to assemble the table. I was contacted to say they'd received the order and confirmed it. Given a delivery date and texted on the day to say van was on the way. Great service and I'll be using the site again.
