I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. Absolutely abysmal. Have been waiting since middle of May for my order. Phoned numerous times, and have just been fobbed off. Last week I requested a refund, and , to date , I am still waiting. Terrible!!!!!

5 star service

I highly recommend the service I received from furvell. Customer service were always there to receive calls and help out and advise on orders. The dining table and chairs I ordered are excellent quality and look perfect in my home. I would definitely purchase from furvell again in the future

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they don't deliver when they say they will and when asked for a refund and to cancel the order 3-5 working days wait only to be told 7 days later they had problems with their card machine, asked for sort code bank details again would do a bank transfer that day, I'm still waiting for my refund ,now handing it over to my bank to get the refund.

GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS

GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. WE DID HAVE A TEETHING ISSUE WITH A CHAIR, BUT WAS QUICKY SORTED. & THEY SENT OUT MY FREE GIFT WHICH I MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO ADD ON MY ORIGINAL PO.

Nice product, Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Ordered furniture and was told 2 to 3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks nothing, contacted Furvell multiple times and was eventually given a delivery date about a month later. Took the day off and waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and was guaranteed delivery for the following Friday, waited in all day again, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and they were looking into it. Furniture turned up about a week later with no warning, fortunately someone was in. 2 chairs were faulty, contacted Furvell again and after several weeks and lots of emails were sent 2 footstools that I didn't need or want. Contacted Furvell again and several weeks later received the replacement chairs after yet more emails. Nice product but very poor service.”

Good company, however not good with replacements

An amazing company. Have been extremely helpful from start to finish. I ordered a marble dining set with velvet knocker chairs. The product is stunning and very good quality. I had lots of questions about the product which were dealt with and answered quickly and professionally. I had one chair arrive with a tear in it however it was dealt with swiftly and quickly and I was sent a replacement chair. A great company. Thank you! Will definitely use this company again.
Update:
Had a replacement chair sent and the condition of it was awful. Still trying to chase the company up for a new replacement chair and all I keep getting is: we will let you know when we have them in stock, or we are sending it out and I never receive it. At first they were a very good company and I do really like the quality of the product, however I am still awaiting the replacement chair and it has been over 3 months now. Very disappointed customer.

Order was cancelled for no reason…

Order was cancelled for no reason awaiting a refund so disappointed and won’t be using this company again. If no refund is given I will be reporting to trading standards and taking them to court.

FURVELL WEBSITE PRODUCT AND DELIVERY ITEMS NOT SAME

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order I placed on April 4th for four Annabelle Plush Velvet Dining Chairs in Dark Grey and an Arianna Plush Velvet Bench in Dark Grey.

As per the standard procedure, furniture deliveries are confirmed in advance with a specific time slot provided the day before the delivery. However, despite waiting for three weeks, I did not receive any communication from FURVELL team. After multiple attempts to contact FURVELL customer service, I was finally informed that the delivery would take place on May 3rd, with the delivery company expected to contact me an hour prior to arrival.

Considering the bulky nature of furniture items, I rearranged my schedule and remained at home the entire day to receive the delivery. However, by 5:00 pm, I had still not received any updates or communication from the delivery company. I reached out to FURVELL live chat support, and at 7:00 pm, I was informed that the delivery would not be taking place that day!

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been informed earlier about the delay. This would have allowed me to plan my day accordingly and attend to other important tasks.
So, the next morning, the delivery arrived, and guess what? They didn't even bother to call me. I opened the boxes, and what do I see? The wrong colored chair! I immediately contacted their live chat, and at first, they refused to admit it was the wrong color. The customer assistant had the audacity to say that there are different shades of gray and that they delivered the right color. They said if I didn't like it, I could arrange a return. I took the chair out of the box to take a clear picture, and that's when I noticed that the back of the design was different from what I had originally chosen. Finally, the customer assistant agreed to let me return it since they had sent the wrong item.

I had concerns that they might not send the correct color chair as the customer assistant was attempting to persuade me to purchase a chair from the 'JESSICA' range, which is not yet available on their website. Therefore, I kindly request that you refrain from sending me the chair, and instead, I would like to have another Arianna Plush Velvet Bench in Dark Grey.

On the 14th of May, they organized the pickup of the incorrect chairs and delivered the bench. I set up both benches but noticed something amiss. I then checked my order confirmation email and discovered that the bench I ordered from the website and the bench they delivered were not the same. The most disappointing aspect is that the bench advertised on the FURVELL website is visually appealing and complements my dining table, whereas the delivered bench appears cheap and of poor quality.

I am a working mother of two young toddlers and, unfortunately, I do not have additional time for live chat hours to explain my situation. Furthermore, FURVELL never returned my call after they sent the wrong delivery, and no one answered the phone when I tried to contact them. I left a voicemail and also sent my contact number via WhatsApp, but I have not received a call from them. The only way to contact them seems to be through live chat, and I must say that the live chat response has always been very prompt.

In my case, everything  went wrong FURVELL order. I understand that mistakes can occur, but I believe that a simple courtesy call after delivering the incorrect product would have been appropriate. It is not acceptable for a company to send a similar design that differs from the one advertised on its website. 

However, at the end of the day, I paid £378 for something that I do not like. If they had displayed the original item that they actually send to customers, then it would have been acceptable. However, showing a different design and selling cheap versions of the original product is not something that I find acceptable. I would definitely recommend everyone to be cautious when considering purchases from the FURVELL website.
NOT RECOMMENDED FURVELL, PLEASE AVOID.

Do not bother with this company

Do not bother with this company, delivered faulty goods, cancel deliveries. Been waiting 3 months and for exchange and when it does turn up order still not complete. Returned garden furniture and now wait for refund!! Very disappointed with reply as with your service which I can honestly say is appalling. And as for manager Hugo, don't even bother going there. Just hoping my refund is faster than delivery.

You were not happy with the rattan on part of one of the sofas so we agreed to swap it for you, even though the set was ex display and it does state in the item listing there may be some signs of use. We came out to you today and you refused delivery of the full set because the fire pit nob was missing, which we could have just sent out to you via Royal Mail. Your refund is now with our accounts department awaiting processing.

Absolute shambles from start to finish…

Absolute shambles from start to finish whenever that will be. Ordered garden table and chairs, 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery was delayed and no updates . Constantly had to chase, lots of promises and nothing. Eventually got the delivery and the glass top for table has large chip out of it and numerous parts of the rattan was covered in rust, cushion had a hole in it and one chair very wobbly to point uncomfortable to sit on. Missing items coals for firepit, furniture cover and umbrella. Back and forth via WhatsApp as their phone lines don't work and I was told they would send out missing items and replace damaged parts. Had to constantly chase and eventually got the missing parts but was told an engineer would come out to inspect the furniture. Took a day off work for the engineer. Heard nothing, WhatsApp messaged them to be told no engineer was coming and they were arranging a day to collect the full order. This was advised to me after i had wasted a days holiday from work. very cheeky attitude on WhatsApp. I would advise if you are thinking of ordering with this company to seriously think twice. I have never wasted so much time in my life trying to get something resolved for them to then say they are not willing to resolve it and I have no option but to allow them to collect the furniture leaving us with nothing. They really do not care about customers. Stay away from Furvell Home !!

Absolutely terrible company would never…

Absolutely terrible company would never order from here again and advise everybody else not to. I ordered on the 7th February, delivery said it would be within 2-4 weeks. I had an email to say my table and chairs would arrive on the 12th March. On the 12th of March they had to push our order back to the following day. Then on the 13th they again pushed our order back to the 4th April. Then pushed back to the 9th, then the 16th. When the 16th of April came they delivered us our dining table and chairs. The chairs were fine, the table was the wrong style table plus the wrong colour, after reading what it said on the box. I instantly phoned to let them know we had the wrong table but having looked online at what style it was we said we’d just keep it after waiting so long, we didn’t want to wait any longer. Here comes the worst part- we opened the box to find our marble table completely broken in half. Also the coffee table was missing from the delivery.

I rang straight away and explained the table was in half and we’d expect them to replace it. We were told to send an email with pictures and that we would get a response via email. We then get an email back apologising and asking us to wait 10 days for a new delivery date where they would replace the table top and fetch the missing coffee table. The new date was the 17th of May (1 month later!!) the 17th of May comes and once again they reschedule the delivery to the following week.

It’s now a week later, still no table, and absolutely appalling service from the staff. Was told we’d receive a text from the drivers giving us a time frame of delivery, it’s now 7pm at night, not one form of communication from drivers and have sat in all day waiting.. They never answer the phone and take ages to respond to any emails. Every time they’ve rescheduled our delivery the excuse has been driver issues.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
