Our UK business switched to Fuse 2 a few years ago, we now have multiple sites in different countries that they provide and support our telephony for. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for telephony! Great technical team, really easy to contact, everything gets done properly without cutting corners!

Recently had to perform an emergency setup of a large swathe of our numbers in the wake of our previous supplier going bankrupt and OFCOM handing the numbers to Fuse2.

Fuse2 were excellent at every step - helpful, efficient, accurate. Their support has been top quality at every turn. When something new is requested it is turned around extremely quickly.

I will be migrating the rest of the company numbers to Fuse2 when the time comes. I thoroughly recommend their service to all.

We are using MS Teams Calling with DR using Fuse2. Takes a little while to get things straight as with anything new, but Fuse2 always good with support.

fast response times - Resolve any issues very quickly

Well, I ignored a call from that same number a week ago, and about 5minutes ago. Issue is, I answered last time to an automated message linked Google maps Api. But its not them because its a fuse number. Sinister, maybe fuse could have the following number blocked, its in the hands of a digital pain in the rear, so give it back to them with a cherry on the top :) 02076602362, it's been used over and over.

As several people have said, getting text msgs from landline, missed calls, no one there when you pick up. Text msgs sound like urgent personal msgs. I am sure they will say this is not a valid review. They need to police themselves. Many of the 5* reviews are so obviously duplicitous they are insulting both the the readers and trustpilot. Lying scum who support fraud. Any legitimate company would have a number deregister service to allow you to block all calls from their lines. They are allowing third party people to prey on the vulnerable. Scum

Fuse2 have provided an excellent and reliable service to us for many years. Always a delight to deal with would recommend them to anyone needing reliable business communications.

Fuse 2 may well be a good service provider but be aware that a LOT of telephone scammers use them, If they really want to provide a good service for legitimate companies they should make some effort to weed out the bad ones!
OK, having seen their reply I admit this MAY be beyond their control. But the fact is that phone numbers allocated to Fuse 2 are being used/spoofed by scammers. This is not in my field of expertise but surely there must be some action they can take? If I see one of these (and they are multiple!) area codes come on my phone now then after 3 days and around 15 calls I refuse to answer it. So what good is that sevice? I can't sort this out but Fuse 2 really need to look into ways to unless they are complicit?
Also all the glowing reviews they have seem to be mostly from people who have only posted that one glowing review and often in rather poor English. I hate to seem so down on a firm which may not be at fault but I remain to be convinced,
