Keep getting called by 01695 398644 but when I pick up but don't talk there is no response. A genuine company representative would speak. Getting sick of being called. If Fuse 2 are unhappy that their reputation is going down the pan due to 1* feedback then they need to try harder to track down the miscreants.

keep getting loft insulation scam calls and this number comes up each time. Will try to report via email to Fuse 2 as it obviously needs looking into

This company facilitates scammers. They may not be directly responsible for scam calls, but failure to properly vet their customers makes them culpable. They will probably write a response to say I'm lying, but you make up your own mind.

Like other concerns raised by individuals I have received a call Claiming to be from my insurance company offering a loyalty package due to the fact that I haven’t made a claim. Surprisingly the reason why I haven’t made a claim Against my life insurance is because I am still alive so there is a valid reason why. Laughable amateurs.
When I questioned why they were calling from Southport as my insurance company offices are located on the other side of the country the phone went dead as he decided to hang up.
Pathetic tactics with amateurs handling the call. Keep these people at arms length.

It's getting annoying that we get Trustpilot reviews like this.
We are NOT the people making calls, we are a telecom network, like BT or talk talk. Our numbers we own from ofcom total over 800k numbers. Sometimes they get spoofed for nusiance calling but these will not be from our network or even our customers.
This is like leaving BT a negative review because someone called you who you didn't like.
Pretending to be EE from this number
Receive spam calls from a number that is registered with this company. They have illegally taken card details to upgrade a pay as you go EE phone for my wife. Very insecure about how they hold data clearly.
Update. I am confusing them with no one! They know.

absolutely false review, we do not sell or take card payments for any mobile network. we are a telephone network - one of our clients StepChange make calls for EE to customers in Debt. I suspect this person is maybe confusing them with us.
