I was a customer of vm and there god awful service more off than on,and although it stated I was getting 1143 to my router it felt sluggish especially cod gaming so thought let’s see what’s out there
I saw that freedom fibre was now in my area had trials with them for 6 months and it was bad, kept losing connection but it was free and I was still running vm so had a fallback
then the ff service went to a paid model so thought surely now it’s paid they have ironed out all the faults,so went on ff and it directed me to fusion £35 a month 3 months free,now even cheaper and saw it was 900 symmetrical so thought let’s do this
well we Are now nearly 12 months down the line and had maybe 2 outages but sorted fairly quickly,and I did have a problem where they hadn’t been taking my DD for 6 months,even though I had filled the forms out but hey ho annoying but sorted it
anyway I digress the difference to VM is night and day,fttp feels so quick and gaming is now a joy with those ping times,supplied router is poor but have my own mesh WiFi 7 system anyway so future proofed
get constant 944 down and 800 up on WiFi,ff network is 10gb capability so hopefully in the future the network will only get faster
considering ee want £65 a month ok they provide WiFi 7 routers its not worth it with the extended outlay
so to sum up if you want a extremely fast powerful network please explore fusion fibre you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and uninterrupted Internet unlike virgin handles our many devices at the same time but today I have contacted 3 times over Internet being down and I still have no answers as to how long this is likely to go on just there's an issue in my area that doesn't help me not happy at the lack of communication

As far as I'm concerned, this telecommunications company deserves more than a second glance. A huge change is on the way in the rural full-fibre broadband world. The existing BB 'copper dinosaurs' (especially the likes of TalkTalk) are about to receive a lesson in how to provide proper access to the internet at reasonable cost. Forget the minor niggles and delays ... it's early days - a 'race car' needs a lot of preparation and tuning before it can blow away the competition. And don't forget - they're providing both the infrastructure and the service. My installation was interrupted by Christmas 'goings on' but when the commotion subsided, Ben and Ste connected me quickly and with minimum fuss. My contribution was to open the front door and let the team do their job. I now have blisteringly fast wifi all through the house - even in the garden. Fusion Fibre are relatively new to the game but already, within a few days, they've transformed my internet experience and made a remarkable difference to my interweb world. Many thanks to all in the team who made this possible.

No communication. Been trying to get into contact with the sales team to upgrade my service from 1Mbps to something which may have the chance to load a basic web page for numerous months, through phone calls and emails, neither of which receive a response. Staff either don’t pick up, or someone answers saying they’ll “pass on a message to the relevant staff and get back in contact with me” which never happens. Beginning to be convinced there’s no one in the office at all, and I am at my wits end with it.
Edit: despite them saying they’d get back to me over two weeks ago, despite continued attempts at contact there has been no response.

When their service works it’s perfect. But there is a consistent fault on our network that causes regular failures.
This has not been communicated to us, we’re left guessing.
Been an issue for months and no news on a permanent fix.

Not very happy so far, would like more clarification/communication when presented with outages that has lasted 24 hours, worked from home today luckily still have Sky in as it’s only been 2 days with Fusion but if I didn’t have sky wouldn’t have been able to work from home, don’t like that I have to mainly go to Facebook to hear about updates on the WiFi coming back on, works great when it is online and running but for how long!!!
