Fuss3 Ink & Toner 

I was rather hacked off with Oki, who told me that the toner drum on my printer was not covered by the warranty, despite being less then 18 months old and having over 70% of its life remaining. Having researched the price of a replacement, I was delighted to find that Fuss3 could supply one for a fraction over £75 (cheaper than anyone else), with free next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday lunchtime, and delivered Thursday morning. Fantastic service! If only Oki had the same standards.

Called this morning to discuss a difficult to find ink cartridge. Spoke to Nikki who knew who I was just by me saying my name! Extremely helpful, found what I needed. Always deliver on time, brilliant service, thank you.

Their order acknowledgement included a reminder to check that the correct cartidges had been ordered and sure enough, I had made a mistake. I got an immediate personal reply to my correction, a speedy refund, and rapid delivery of the re-ordered correct cartridges at a reasonable price.

Speedy delivery & friendly staff

I have bought from Fuss 3 numerous times and they have always been good value with excellent service. Like many poeple I tend to reorder the same things each time so it would be great if you had a function that simply allows you to repeat a previous order without going through each product gain. would that be possible?

I have used Fuss in the past to supply Canon branded inks. The price is excellent compared with other suppliers and is the best I have found on the internet or from registered suppliers. Ordering by telephone was a pleasure, with a really helpful and cheerful lady serving me. Delivery was speedy with an email giving an hour-long bracket for the courier's ETA which was bang on time (usually a problem in W Wales). A rare pleasure dealing with this company enhanced by the sales assistant. I shall be using them again!

We ordered it one day, and it arrived the next, as promised. Loads of e-mails to say where our order was in their system, and I received a thank you e-mail after we had got the goods. I would definitely use this company again.

I ordered the part that was delivered the morning of the next working day. On replacing the part in the printer I could not get it to work, thinking that it was faulty. I contacted Nicki at Fuss3 who advised me that they would be sending a replacement part that day for delivery the next. On further inspection I had realised that I had in fact ordered the wrong part missing one digit out of the part number, my error. I again contacted Nicki who advised me that the correct part would be sent again for the next day delivery. I cannot recommend this company enough for not only the excellent delivery service but also the professional and considerate way that they handled the situation. An excellent company to deal with and I would happily recommend them.

Top job, I found the inks I needed and they arrived the next day.

Ordered the printer inks in the afternoon and they arrived promptly the next day within one hour delivery time frame. Product was as described - genuine Canon cartridges. Happy to recommend.
