I was clearly told to cancel initial item and re-book the correct item. Giving myself ample time to amend, allowed me to liase with our warehouse. Fuss 3 clearly requested the information efficiently to me and the order was processed with no problem at all. As usual, very clearly explained by your company.

Easy Ordering System, Quick Delivery and Good Customer Service
First time using Fuss3InkandToner - I order Brother BU-200CL belt. Item was easy to order using website, delivery was super quick. Unfortunately the item was faulty - not Fuss3 fault and their customer service staff was very pleasant and quick to resolve the issue. Replacement was sent the same day and received the day after. I could not ask for a better service. I will certainly use Fuss3InkandToner again for my printer consumables.

Couldn't have been better
We placed our first tomer order with Fuss 3 fairly late in the working day selecting themk because there pricing was somewhat better thajn our existing supplier, we received our delivery early the following day exactly as ordered and received the email by post. Excellent communication, very attentive, we will use Fuss 3 again.

Cheap and fast
Bought new toner cartridges at a cheaper price than I've paid before, and they were delivered quickly. Followed up by a mailer with a sticky label which I have now put on my printer so I can find them quickly in future. A very good service.

good website; easy to use and to find the right item; prompt delivery and good order advice
This is the best website I have used for ordering printer consumables. Well identified parts to avoid misordering and good order execution.
I will use this site again.
Signed for deliveries can be a bit inconvenient. I would prefer to allow the order to be left at the address without signature at my risk as long at it is trackable.

Easy to order and is always delivered on time, every time.
I am not the best when ordering online, but every time I call up not only is the person happy, and sound like they like their job but, they always offer to either do the order for you or talk you through it so you can learn. The price is very good and it is so important that it is delivered on time, and guys you do.
