Really good prices, superfast delivery and very friendly staff. Loved my complimentary cup coaster and the sticker with your details is a great idea. Saves me searching my computer to remember where I got toners from next time I need them.

After the usual research to find the best deal, I ordered a replacement photoconductor unit, for my Epson laser printer, from Fuss 3 Solutions. I had never used this company before and I was slightly sceptical about their promise of "free next day delivery if ordered before 5pm". I needn't have worried. I ordered at 15.20 on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered at lunchtime on Friday. Brilliant!

So, best price and rapid delivery. They kept their promise. You can't say fairer than that.

This is the first time we have used Fuss3 I would certainly use them again and I would recommend my friends to do so too. It was easy to find the printer part required using the online ordering service and the price was very competitive, and courier delivery service was great.

Fuss 3 offer a fab service, i had problems with my order, from putting the wrong things on to putting the invoice and delivery address in the wrong way round and to top it off couldn't make payment at the time of order. They sorted everything out for me and waited a few days to complete the order. Everything was recieved correctly. Brilliant service.

This is my second Canon ink order from Fuss3. The first was delivered next day. The second wasn’t. However, I did receive a personal phone call from the company explaining the problem with the courier and it was duly delivered the following day. What a pleasant change to get such a personal service from a company...unusual in this day and age. We had a good discussion about my own requirements and I got some top advice. I will be using Fuss3 in the future. Great job highly recommended!

Having been let down badly by one of the other prominent internet ink companies, in despair I thought that I'd try Fuss 3... And they do fuss over your business too...which is a breath of fresh air... They are very customer focussed, friendly, and communicative, their prices are keen as well. I was struggling to find the correct printer ink, as I have a new printer & had the link to the page for my old one. The lady on the telephone was incredibly helpful, found the page, stayed with me until I'd worked it out & checked that I was a valued customer to give me the log in details

Had to ring because an old login failed to work. Call dealt with in a very polite, efficient and friendly way, the kind of which seems to have been forgotten almost everywhere else. Problem resolved immediately.

Having had a delivery of faulty toner cartridges from a national supplier I was desperate to replace them and looked locally. After a couple of calls to Fuss3 our toner cartridges were delivered as promised the next working day.
They could not have been more helpful and accomodating. I suggest if you are looking for a reliable supplier these are the people to go to.
