Fuss3 Ink & Toner 

All seems to be ok but they should have mentioned it was out of date in the advert hence the reason for the low price.

Ordered a Samsung drum after online price comparison. Fuss3 were the cheapest overall cost delivered. Product arrived very quickly to home address - I was out so it was left with a neighbour - no chasing opening times at a distant courier depot! Godd experience - strongly recommended!

I wanted compatible ink for a Xerox wax printer but none was available. When it become available I was informed by telephone and oredered it there and then. It was delivered the following day...........

Fuss3 as always very helpful and good customer service. Phoned to apologise for a day's delay in shipment so we knew not to worry or wait until delivery.

I found the purchase of an imaging unit made so easy with a phone call to a contact who answered the multi dollare question promptly with a phone back in five minutes.
"In Stock" physical stock check! It arrived at 11am the following morning and was on the printer five minutes later!

Despite being let down by a courier, Fuss3 were proactive in identifying that the delivery had failed and ensured that a replacement delivery was made.

Brilliant - if only all web based companies were this proactive...

They always deliver as promised. My only gripe is that ordering online the box to repeat the name and address for delivery, billing and credit card doesn't work, so I had to type it in three times.

When I need toner, I go to Fuss3 as I know for sure they have what I need at a good price. Ordering is easy and delivery is always on time. What more do you want.

After spending over £500 on an engineer to attend my HP Z3200 printer that was not printing correctly on canvas, the fault was identified as a print head not firing ink. I ordered a replacement on Saturday & the new printhead was delivered as promised on the next Tuesday. Plugged the head in & voila! perfect canvasses!
I would not hesitate to use Fuss3 in the future without hesitation. If all websites took customer satisfaction as Fuss3 obviously do, shopping on the internet would be a better experience.

A excellent service with telephone support help, f needed after website order placed. Goods were delivered to Dublin Ireland within 48hrs.
Can't ask for more than that.
