I found a coupon to Fust in a newspaper for 25% off (valid from 28.08 till 09.09.2025 for purchases from CHF 250.-) and went to Fust in Haag, SG to use it. I was then informed by the shop assistant that there was a printing error and the discount should have been for CHF 25, not 25%...). I have no words. In UE something like that (regardless if it was an honest mistake or a deliberate marketing strategy) is punishable by law. Do not recommend shopping at Fust

1 week has already passed since I was promised for a get back by the responsible department and nothing happened!!
I have ordered a freezer on Nov 13 from Interdiscount and it arrived damaged. I then requested a prompt exchange of the product on Nov 25, to which I was notified on Nov 28 of a pickup and new delivery. Two days later, I realised that the courier was only coming for a pickup not a new delivery. I waited for several days and then called interdiscount requesting a refund instead of an exchange. I was informed that the matter is handled by fust. I called fust and informed them of my intent several times over a week. From then until now, I have called both companies more than 10 times from my number and my husband's clearly stating that we need a refund and everytime we get a promise that the refund is on the way.
For almost two months I have been suffering from nonprofessional communication and inefficient handling of my requests. I can clearly say that this is the worst customer experience I had and ever heard of.
After several attempts, one employee told me that the problem is that I didnt send an email requesting a refund and that they only have my very early email of Nov 25 requesting an exchange.
I will not let it go with my rights no matter what it takes. I need my refund promptly or else I will share my experience on every relevant platform!

Ordered a wine cooler on 22nd December because FUST offered delivery for 24th December - I needed the wine cooler for Christmas. Pre-sale, during the purchase and post-sale - right up until evening of 24th December they continued to state 24th December WOULD be the delivery date. It was eventually delivered on 27th December by DPD whilst I was out - if i had been home I would have refused delivery. I contacted FUST to ask how to return because I no longer needed the article and they said that cost of return falls on me. They accept zero blame and say delivery dates are "only indicative". Needless to say, this is the last time I shop at FUST.

Wrong declared delivery dates, delays seem to be normal to the supporters. Just choose a more reliable shop instead :)

like many, we orderd a washer and dryer. took them over 2 weeks to get back with a date and had to wait another 2 weeks. they get here and say that they cant install it and they need another person to come.
This is completely unacceptable. they are not cheap for installment and they haven't even given a date for the next attempt. I will be taking legal action now as this is against the law and labeled as theft for what they have been doing

This is the second time I wrote a review on the same issue. Paid for the installation for washing machine but was told that they could not install on the day of delivery. No refund for nearly two months and I was told that I could have my refund back in 12 days. Even they replied in the review that that will follow up the matter with me, but no one has ever contacted me to follow up the issue. Will not recommend Fust to anyone.

On 28 August I ordered a Roborock S8 vacuum cleaner at a FUST store (the online function was not working). The item was in stock, with delivery between 5th to 9th Sept. By 13 Sept it hadn't arrived. I emailed the store and they responded promtly to say there was a delay and delivery would now be after 20th Sept. I wrote back to request that delivery should be after Oct 12 as I would not be home to collect it. They did not reply, and despite my request, the item was delivered on 23rd Sept when I was away. I had to organise a friend to collect it for me. It would have been courteous if FUST could have proactively informed me of the delay and also adjusted delivery as requested. They did not reply to any further emails.

I am beyond disappointed in the customer service from FUST. I have ordered washing machine & drier in April for delivery in May. In May I received only washing machine and drier is still not delivered - 4 MONTHS later! All I hear after many eMail and phone follow ups that product will be soon available and then - I get informed about another delay and another delay and another delays. ZERO gesture from Fust to cover the inconvenience, despite asking multiple time for replacement drier to bridge the gap (I have small kids and I would really need the dier I bought). They just IGNORE you. Then once product is available (apparently, but who knows, as I have zero trust in what they say now), they tell me first delivery is possible in 3-4 weeks only, despite me being a client waiting for product I paid for already 4 months. Few calls & eMail follow ups later, with some rude people - my delivery date is still not scheduled.
Its LAST time I ever buy anything there and after this experience I have ZERO trust in info they provide online regarding product available (not reliable) and I am beyond frustrated with customer service that gives zero care about their customers, is not trustworthy and not reliable based on terrible experience I had.

I paid full upfront for a fridge at COOP CITY ZUG FUST beginning May. Twice the wrong fridge was delivered, and after waiting 2 months finally a correct one has been installed. No emergency contact number - staff is not trained, never came across one responsible person during the whole bad experience. Recommend not buying from sales persons directly at Fust.
There is no response to complaints - email sent to info address is replied that the complaint is sent to the the Sales Person. Shouldn’t there be an independent person reviewing a complaint?
The sales people kept saying I will receive a ‘compensation’ but have not received anything so far.

Unbelievable bad service!!! I will never buy things from Fust again!!! I ordered a wash machine because the old one was broken. First it takes almost two weeks to schedule an installer appointment which was very frustrating. We filled in all information, it includes where the machine should be installed, are there stairs, what kind of stairs, etc. very detailed. But when the guy came, it was only one guy, and he didn't know anything about the situation and simply said he can not move the machine to the cellar himself and need another person. He said he will call me later today to install it. I was very cooperative and trusted him. But he never called me again, and when we called the service center they said we have to wait until the next week! When I discussed it with the service center, he emphasized that I need to take care of the workers safety and health, as if I was forcing them to do impossible job! I have to say, how come they didn't prepare anything when they come, they knew there have to be two person whenever there are stairs and only sent one person, and simply let the customer wait? How come this installer is booked for this job today and can simply cancel it and enjoy a free day, without giving any effort to organize the job with another coworker so the installation would be on time as planned for the customer? Has the service center ever considered customer's situation?

The delivery service is bad. I was informed that my parcel could not be delivered because I was not at home. I was at home during the estimated time of delivery unlike dpd. Actually it is not the first time dpd does not feel like delivering the package. And I have to go myself to the parcel shop to receive it. Please consider other delivery methods like swiss post which is mich more reliable.
