Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service! Changing the delivery dates or simply cancelling them without telling me. Not replying to an email about damage done to my apartment by the delivery person. No apology even when I sent a second email, just a rude reply. I am extremely disappointed!

I went to purchase my TomTom at Fust Chavannes. Helpful person who told me to contact Verdsoix for information, as Chavannes does not sell this product.
Called Versoix to have some information on the product. However, no one picked up the call.

Poor overall service - Worst Cust Service!

I placed an order for "immediate pickup":
Went to the store 3 days after I placed the order, they told me the product wasn't there.
I raised a claim on Fust website. After some days they replied "they needed to change the product" and that they were giving me a slightly better one. I accepted and waited for them to notify me when to go pick up.
They never sent any communication and I continued to complain over the website. NO REPLY.
I finally called them to understand the situation and to cancel the order. They've said I was gonna be refunded with a voucher and so far I haven't received anything from them.
MY EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not use DPD as delivery service

Please do not use DPD as delivery service.

I'm at home, waiting for my package worth 800CHF to be delivered this Tuesday. The delivery was moved to Wednesday. On Wednesday courier marked package as undelivered without ringing doorbell, and moved delivery to Thursday. On Thursday - today they marked the package as undelivered AGAIN, without ringing doorbell. I don't even know how to receive the package now.

I'm not going to buy from your store ever again simply because you use DPD to deliver things.

We decided to use Fust Niederwengen to renovate a large bathroom. The advice we were given was perfect, the choice of materials and equipment made easy in a very friendly way. We then received a detailed plan of all the work necessary and, to our great surprise, all the dates worked, the workment arrived and worked very efficiently and were very friendly. We are thrilled with our bathroom and cannot recommend Fust Niederwengen more highly. A very pleasant experience in spite of 6 weeks of work in the flat.

I purchased an oven and microwave and…

I purchased an oven and microwave and paid for the installation which was fine and I agreed the price and paid it.
A week later I receive another invoice for 20frs apparently to check the installation was safe and correctly done.
Not fine. This should be included in the original quote and at the very least explained ahead. I don’t need to pay extra to check things work, I expect when pay for an item that they work and are safe to use.
