Excellent customer service! They were incredibly responsive and truly wanted to make sure I was satisfied. When the jacket I ordered wasn’t the right fit, they immediately offered to replace it and made the process seamless.

My recommendation when ordering is to go with your regular size — the garments fit generously. The quality is beautiful, and I receive compliments every time I wear them. I’m very impressed!

This is a fake site don’t buy

This is a fake site don’t bout. The clothes on their site looks real good and have a nice price. What you get is something plastic bad done and impossible to use. They anser trustpilot but nothing they say is true. The clothes are to good to be true. Don’t buy.

They made sure I was taken care of

They made sure I was taken care of. I had 4 items that did not fit & they told me to keep them with a full refund. I've never had that happen. Thank you. When I find something I like again I won't be nervous buying it, because I know the customer service is amazing.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The material of their clothes feels like a cheap mix of soap, plastic, and cling wrap, and the items look absolutely nothing like what they advertise. The pictures are completely misleading.

To make matters worse, their customer service is atrocious. They write in English, but apparently cannot understand it. I have gone back and forth with them at least a dozen times, and every response takes us right back to square one with the same repetitive, pointless questions.

It honestly feels like a deliberate tactic to exhaust customers into giving up and walking away from their money. Unfortunately for them, that strategy will not work on me.

DO NOT ORDER

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT order from this site. It takes forever to get the order, the quality of the items DO NOT match the online pictures. You cannot return items, they put you in an email circus of trying to get you to select items from the site to replace the items you are unhappy with and each time I selected replacement items they were out of stock. This experience has been a total nightmare and I have basically wasted $240

Beautiful product from Futario

I recently purchased a product for the first time at Futario. The product took a bit longer than I thought it would, almost a month. I purchased this, 'Elegant Black Lace Panel Sleeve Blazer' in a Large. I usually fit in M t-shirts and vest and jackets in a L, purchased at stores locally. But this top in Large fits very tightly. So go up larger if you need to. The quality of this top is exceptional. I'm sometimes disappointed with online shopping, but I will most definitely be buying more from this vendor.

Whatever you do don’t shop here

Whatever you do don’t shop here. Junk from China and website says they give easy returns? They won’t even get back to you, then after 10 emails they say oh you send crsp back to China on you? And PayPal won’t back you either, says up to you to get your money back.

Great customer service

I had some sizing issues with both my blouse and blazer. Great customer service in figuring out the reshipments and refunds. Very happy with the new sizing and the quality of the clothing. I will definitely be purchasing from Futario again.

They are trying to make it right now


)I am trying to make a return and they are not making it easy , first it’s only by email and second they tell u to get a credit and buy something else instead . I want a refund , the quality of the lace is cheap and not what is shown . And thank u for saying u will refund it now ,but I only received half the refund ?

I waited a long time to get a jacket…

I waited a long time to get a jacket that is too small. No returns allowed- then no refunds. Not acceptable.

I’ve ordered from this company multiple…

I’ve ordered from this company multiple times now and I’m very pleased with the quality the speed of the delivery but I am especially happy with their return policy. I have had to do returns twice. I just did one this morning and they looked after it so quickly, and I already have a replacement size on its way. I confidently recommend this company.

waited over a month for my purchase

waited over a month for my purchase. once it arrived, it was not as represented on website. Returns are impossible. they want to give me 20% back and keep the item. no thank you. I want to return it for full refund, but I need to pay for shipping. All the shipping fees do not make it worth it. NEVER buy from this company.
