Ordered a shirt in October; it didn't arrive until the end of January! The quality is horrible; it looks nothing like the photo. Based on other reviews, I am not sure I should be hopeful about a refund, but I am going to try.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The product s I received were terrible quality and poorly made. The fabrics were awful and nothing fit properly. They refused to refund my money . I did send the products back which was a terrible experience. Do not order from this company. Total scam!!!

Since I complained last week after waiting 7 weeks with no information despite my money leaving my account, I suddenly has a reply thanks to Trustpilot. However, since that reply they have come back again this morning saying they can't supply the goods they charged me for. They now have asked me to choose another purchase. They didn't even offer to refund my money which I want!

I would never purchase from Futario again. What should have been a simple return turned into a stressful and frustrating process.
Instead of providing a straightforward return label, they offered a 20% refund to keep the item and required me to pay return shipping for a full refund. This feels like a tactic to discourage customers from returning products.
A reputable company makes returns easy and transparent. This experience was upsetting and unnecessarily complicated.

I am so thrilled I found this company! Not only was my velvet jacket I purchased beautifully made, their customer service is STELLAR!! My jacket was delivered & it was too small. My measurements were true to the sizing chart, but it was too small. I was devastated because I truly wanted this jacket. I contacted the company & without any hesitation, they offered to send me one larger without fail. I am so thrilled to finally receive my beautiful jacket. This company truly takes customer service to a higher level than most merchants nowadays. The quality is SUPERB!!

I place an order in December for over $300. I received 2 items but they keep jerking me around on the 3rd item. A blazer that I paid $130 for. They still haven’t shipped the item. I keep asking for an update. I’ve asked for a refund or the item sent immediately but they continue to tell me it will be shipping soon. My original business with them was good until they refuse to send the blazer I ordered. By the way, they are still selling the same blazer on their website and it does not say anything about being out of stock. Stay away from them. They will take your money.

This company confirmed my order on January 19. I still have not received my dress. Today I called my credit card company and filed a charge back, in addition I file a complaint with the BBB.
Totally unacceptable, this company should be removed from the web, its totally a SCAM. You are unable to speak with a live person, only a chat box.

This site is an absolute SCAM! That Facebook would allow a parasite like FUTARIO to be advertised on their site tells you how low FB has fallen. FUTARIO uses AI to entice potential buyers with exotic clothes only to not fulfill the order. If you buy something from these SCAMMERS you will lose your money.

Ordered a dress on January 15th - February 19th today and it still has not shipped. I have written multiple times to the seller and am cancelling the order. Over a month just to ship is not reasonable.

I have had a great experience with Futario. I ordered a top that was too small, and they sent me a different top that fits perfectly. (I didn’t even need to return the original top.) The new top is beautiful! I plan to wear it this weekend, and I will order from them again.

Website offers high quality products! Especially compared to other gothic-style clothing websites, Futario offers the best selection. While the photos on the website seem to be made with AI, the clothing that arrives is probably 90-95% accurate to the AI model so I'm not that bothered by it. Also when I wanted to return an item, the customer service was extremely prompt (unlike other clothing sites I've used), helpful, and offered to send me a completely new item of clothing instead of me having to return what I didn't want. This was great because I basically got two items for the price of one. Will be happy to buy again from this site! Right now, it's the only one I trust for the style of clothing I'm looking for.
