I ordered on Dec 12, 2025. It is now February 16 2026. I have sent two emails, asking for a dispatch date estimation, and both times the reply was: "We will let you know ASAP". This is unacceptable of any store, to be two months late and unable to give an estimated date of dispatch.

TERRIBLE experience . Ordered 1st of Jan . They never notified me that is was out of stock & wouldn’t be getting item back in . If I would not have reached out I would have never known . This company is a scam. I ordered two shirts for over $200 back in the beginning of December and received one which isn’t even really what the description was in the ad. I have sent them numerous emails trying to find out when the other shirt would be shipped and I get nothing in return. Do not order from this company. They are not legit.

I never order clothes online, because my size varies with each designer. I bought 3 different blouses from Futario & all 3 didn't fit properly. I contacted them back about the problem & they were so easy to work with on the exchange. They gave me the confidence to trust ordering from them again. I ordered 2 tunic-type coats from Futario based on ads I saw on Instagram. I am a frequent impulse shopper, and am occasionally disappointed with some vendors. This is NOT the case with Futario! I received both coats quickly and they both fit exactly as described and I have received many compliments. I will happily buy from them again.

Won't order anymore unless exchange/refund process changes
Placed an order January 2nd of this year, and didn't like a couple of items in the order. Reached out for a refund, but they want you to select replacements. I received one REPLACEMENT item, but not the other, which still hasn't arrived despite texts to their customer service. To be honest, the products I kept were really nice; I just wish they would have an honest exchange/refund process as they now owe me for the one item they won't take back or refund, and no replacement is in sight here after this back and forth. As of now, they have lost me as a customer. DO BETTER WITH EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS, FUTARIO - AND I WILL BUY FROM YOU!

I am coming back to provide an update to a previous review where I gave citation 3 stars I am updating my review to reflect how my issue was resolved. First the company reached out to me promptly and offered a resolution, that would provide me with the ability to receive compensation for my experience and an explanation for the delay. My item did finally reach its destination, their packaging is top tier 10/10 the quality of the garments material feels lux. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I’m still waiting on possibly a discount on my next purchase due to the delay, inconvenience and the need to post a review that required customer service follow-up.
I will definitely order again, their clothes are unique and not overpriced.

Another one that falls for a Chinese scam store. I ordered a dress on December 2nd 2025 to take a Christmas photo. I pay around $160 to this scammy store. Today is Feb 9th and I have nothing. I have emailed several times and they said my order is being custom made and then that it is on the way. I tried to get a refund but that goes nowhere. Simply, I’ve been robbed! Stop ordering from these Chinese scam artists.
